Established in 1994.

I have over 36 years experience in this business. I started on a union crew when I was 21 years old. I ran my own crew for a large Company out of Long Beach. Then I started with Bullett Construction with my Dad and brothers. In 1994 I started my own business, Al Ruiz Concrete Construction. I am up to date with the latest forms of application and designs doing stamp concrete and interlocking pavers.

We contacted Al after realizing we needed a slab of concrete outside an exterior door on our guest house. He showed up that same day, right on time. Gave us a good price and worked with our timeline to get it done.
The work turned out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be calling him again the next time we need work like this done.

Al and his crew did our porch, walkways, and driveway. He had great ideas on how to incorporate brick into the design, and was willing to work with me and my ideas as well. They did drainage pipes for our gutters and even re grouted some older brick work that was original on the house. Al made sure to come back even after the project was done, to acid wash the older brick work, just so it all matched and looked nice. His price was very competitive, and we paid as they completed certain portions of the project. I would definitely recommend Al for both concrete and mason work!
