Fast and excellent service. Had a leak under my kitchen sink because the shut off valve had broke. Eric came out and was able to quickly replace the valve. I’ll definitely be calling them next time I have a plumbing problem.

Eric came out to help unstop our toilet. He was courteous, efficient and incredibly fast. The price was a little more than we wanted, but they were fast and Eric was so pleasant and he cleaned up his own mess. The bathroom was fixed and cleaned.

I just received the best and fastest plumbing service ever. Within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday to report a problem of having a toilet cleaning tool falling in and getting clogged in my toliet, Super Eric showed up! He got the blockage out in 2 minutes and he was on his way out in the next five. It cost $ 149 but worth it since he did not have to remove my toilet.

Good, quick and efficient service. Had Eric come through, give me quotes without the guesstimation and extras that come with other plumbing companies. He fixed 3 toilets and was out within the matter of 20 min. Can’t get any better than that.

I love Agent Rooter. I have used them exclusively for many years now for my rental properties. When a tenant calls, I am always able to schedule quickly, and get the issues resolved for them. Most recently I had a leaky outdoor hose bib and an indoor water main valve that was really old, corroded and needed to be replaced. Eric did both jobs in one trip. I have found them to be responsible, reasonable, and efficient. He came on time, finished quickly, cleaned up the area he was working in and the price is always reasonable. I won’t use anyone else.

My bath tub and sink was clogged and called them to fix. They arrived within the hour and resolve the issue for me. They were courteous and friendly. I will be calling them the next time I have plumbing issues.

Eric just left my house for the second time. He was here about six months ago and kind of up sold me on a water jetting for a backed up drain, rather than an ordinary snake. It wasn’t exactly an upsell because he couldn’t clear the clog with a regular snake. Anyway, Back then, he said the water jetting is good and it has a one-​year warranty if there’s any problem just call and I’ll clear it again. Cut to six months later which is today, and we were backed up again. Eric use the snake and clear the drain quickly and there was no additional charge. I wasn’t really expecting to use the one-​year warranty but I’m glad I did not have to haggle to honor it. Also when I called they sent Eric out in about two hours which is pretty fast for a weekend.

WE had Eric come to our house after our bathroom suddenly flooded the night before I was to leave for DC. He took care of business was very professional and didn’t try to tell me that something that wasn’t wrong was the problem. He got here on time and he did a greet job. Would recommend Eric to anyone that needed a good and efficient plummer. Give them a call and they’ll take care of business.

Called today around noon. Booked a window between 2 – 3. Eric walked in at 2:50, Snaked my tub, and was on his way by 3:05. Super nice, informative, not much more you can ask. Go to for plumbing needs!

Yikes at reading some of these other reviews… Maybe I was lucky, they sent Eric and he was solid. My bath tub drain was clogged and Drano wouldn’t work. I called and Eric came out 2 hours later. Service was quick and he was very informative. I paid $ 89

I am so very shocked by the negative reviews. I’ve had nothing but the best experience with them and I am a very difficult person to please! They have been my go to plumbing company for the last two years — I couldn’t recommend Agent Rooter Plumbing higher!
I lucked out finding them one morning as I saw a truck with the phone number on it and just so happened to have heard a suspicious noise in the walls where my pipes are that morning. I called as I was finishing my morning walk and they were there within the hour. Eric guided me through the steps to get the broken pipes fixed and best covered across warranty company, insurance, and the various companies fixing what turned out to be a huge undertaking. He’s since replaced toilets, installed faucets and done other fixes along the way. All their work has been done with impeccable quality and complete honesty about costs and where to save/​spend for long term results. And a factor very important to me– from the very start I have felt safe with Eric (who had done almost all my work) in my home, given his friendly yet professional manner.

stay away… called them today and they stumbled on the phone and said someone would be out at my house between 2 – 3. No one EVER showed or called. After reading the reviews, i realized i dodged a bullet…

Called for 24 hour service. Plumber picked up phone and came immediately. Charged $ 225 for clearing main drain. Same time next day plumbing backed up again. Same scenario like the day before. Called the plumber and let a message. Didn’t pick up any of the times I called and after the first two calls there was no longer a message. The plumber was sending it straight to voicemail. Not professional and very shady. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. The owner is the same gentleman who serviced our location and the same voice on both numbers. His name is Eric and I am considering reporting him to the better business bureau. I have never in my life written a Unilocal review but this is criminal. Unfortunately I was looking forward to keeping this plumbers contact information and using him for future service. Definitely not anymore.

Had a emergency drain clog right before we had house guests coming. We called them out to unclog the drain and before the stuttering fool came in to look at the problem he was trying to sell me on a extra clean out drain install in the front of my house for $ 2300. I told him (I think his name was Tony) to just use the other 3 cleanouts my house has right inside every crawl space under my house. He then said they don’t go under houses. (WTF!!! A PLUMBER THAT WILL NOT GO UNDER A HOUSE??? WTF!!!) He said he would need to remove my toilet and snake it out from there. I am a General Contractor so I know how this shit works I tried to tell him, but being late in the evening on a Friday my plumber was not available. Against my better judgment I gave him a credit card and agreed on $ 50.00 if he could fix the clog because it was a absolute EMERGENCY. The dumb ass goes out to his van and starts back up the driveway with a cheap ass $ 69.99 toilet snake from home depot and pulls my toilet up and begins jamming in there like he has absolutely NEVER EVER done this before in his life. Of course 20 minutes goes by and he cant fix it so I told him to basically get out of my house. He then puts my toilet back on, doesn’t clean up his mess and leaves. He then proceeds to charge my card $ 350 !!! It took my wife all kinds of energy to dispute the fraudulent bill, and they would not return any of our phone calls.
So I got a hold of my REAL plumber 2 days later and he fixed my clog from the cleanout in about 15 minutes.
Needless to say I sure hope I run into him and his Van again one day!
STAY AWAY — COMPLETE FRAUD!

first one to write a review. should have looked here first before i called them. i have a sewer that is backed up. called my regular plumber and he was busy. called my back up plumber and he was also busy. just started calling around until these guys were free.
they could not clear my drain. had to pay them $ 50 anyway. wanted to send a camera to go find the issue. this is a common ploy. next thing you know they are digging up your front yard. no thank you.
my plumber is coming tomorrow. i’m sure he will fix it.
