I have been using Three r for all my printing needs for years. The owner is always available to help me as well as Ed, Armilk, and Edgar. They always make me feel welcome and address me by my name. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Any time I need a quote, they beat any other competitors prices.

I called on a Sunday to get a quote for some postcard for my company, who ever answered the phone just said hello and wasn’t very business like. When you run a company or bus and someone calls your business, one should answer with the company’s name or business like attitude. This person was almost half a asleep and it didn’t feel like I called a business.

Oops, NEVER MIND.
These shysters now deserves the lowest ranking possible. They went from a cheap, reliable print house to a bunch of no-talent ripoff artists.
We upgraded our logo and collateral and of course went to these guys first since they’ve done well for us in the past and quoted a killer price. Well, the initial print samples came and they were pretty much unusable. After some back-and-forth with 3R and our graphic designer, 3R quickly shifted the blame to everything including the paper type to the image files.
Since we didn’t have time to argue, we decided to use a print house located near our graphic designer in Orange County. While much more expensive they were able to salvage the job in record time. None too pleased about our decision, 3R decided to send us a bill totaling a significant portion of the quote complete with snarky comments on the invoice.
Rude, unprofessional, unethical, and talentless nogoodniks these people are. Avoid at all costs.
