The Trivett Homes Story

When Bo Trivett moved to Flagler County in 1976, Palm Coast and the surrounding area was a true «one light town» where live stock outnumbered people three to one. Back then things were a lot different. Traffic was non-​existent and everything around was truly «undiscovered». The pace of everyday life was slower and it seemed like you knew your neighbors and everyone cared about everyone else.

Today, that pace has changed with the times and Flagler County has experienced growth that very few communities in the country have experienced. While that can be a good thing it also can make you yearn for days gone by and a slightly slower pace sometimes

Business Owner

Bo Trivett is the Chairman and CEO of Trivett Homes, one of Florida’s residential homebuilders/​developers. Born in Orlando, Fl., Mr. Trivett moved to Flagler County in 1976 and was educated in Palm Coast Fl. at Flagler Palm Coast High School. After high school he attended Stetson University in DeLand, Fl. where he majored in accounting. He has enjoyed several successful careers including the automobile industry, general merchandise, mortgage and the cell phone industry. Though he’s owned a wide range of businesses Bo has finally found his passion in the new home building industry.
