Victoria’s Secret

I love this Victoria’s Secret. The store is clean and well stocked and has a nice layout. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am always able to find what I need here. Will definitely be back.

Best/​biggest in the state.

Updated review: The employees are usually very helpful here. I recently switched the type of undergarments I buy and they’ve been most helpful in ordering anything i would like online and shipping it directly to me!
I had a return and the employee was super nice about the return and gave me all the info I would need about refunds (sadly I cannot remember her name).
I had mentioned before how noisy it can be in here, and I’m not lying. I really avoid this place on the weekends because a lot of young women bring their babies with them and wow it can be loud.

I have never been to the Mall of Georgia, but yesterday, visiting family in the area, we stopped by. I was excited to visit Victoria’s Secret, and even more excited when at the front counter I noticed three shelves with makeup bags, all with the advertised, «Makeup bags now $ 10. prices from 16 $-28 $ originally.» So I grabbed one and some perfume I had been wanting. At the register, the bag rang up $ 20, not the sale price. Two Cashiers told me someone must have just left them there, to which I pointed out that all three shelves had all shapes and sizes of bags all advertised. «Now only $ 10» I was calm, because I work in retail too, and what we always do at our store is honor it. It wasn’t about a discount, I just wanted the bag for the $ 10 it was advertised for. The cashier called the head manager to which said, the bag’s in the front of the store are $ 10, not the one’s by the register, but when I went to look, the bags at the front were under a sign that said, «40% off.» I told them that, and that the one I picked up was in the $ 10 rack, along with 20+ other bags! The manager smirked and walked away, to which my husband and brother in law heard her say, «No it wasn’t.» In other words, I did not buy anything. I wasn’t angry, or yelling, but they were rude, especially the manager. She rolled her eyes and acted like our buisness wasn’t even welcome. If they were not going to sell any of the bags at that price, they should not have had all the bags on three different racks, all with, «Makeup bags now $ 10» advertised on them.

I went in here to look at the perfume and lipgloss. I was in there almost ten minutes and not a single sales person said even hey to me. The worst part was that there was like one person besides me in that section. There were 4 sales people standing together in front of the makeup trying it out. A couple of them walked by me. Never said a word to me. But they did look at me. Made me feel like i was interrupting something they were doing. Or bothering them by being in the store. So i left.

Victoria’s Secret has the best bras. I’ve tried on a zillion brands in a bunch of different places, and I always come back to VS. It’s pricey, but worth it. Make sure to get on their mailing list for valuable coupons. Sometimes they’re for free panties, no purchase necessary!

Huge fan of VS but not a fan of the crowd it draws here. It was sooooooo crowded. Took a little bit more effort than I would have liked to weave through the store… layout is a problem. However, you can’t hate on VS and their cute underwear/​swimsuit/​PJs/​robes/​everything feminine. Yikes… it *CAN* get pricey!

I can’t help, but smile when I hit the mall of georgia because I know that one of my favorite Victoria Secrets is well over due for a visit. To me this VS has one of the best layouts. You have everything that you want/​are looking for in well lit, designated areas. They always have a great selection & are always stock full of sizes. Can’t say enough good things about this location. They focus on the lingerie instead of the smell goods. A+ in my book.

Holy cow, what a mad house.
I went in looking for some pj’s, the kind you lounge around in, not butt floss kind. Very low selection, but it was after Christmas, so I’ll give them that.
They were probably trying to do crowd control in there, but for once, no one asked me if I needed any help finding anything and I actually did.
I agree with Lindsay, prices at VS are crazy high! I guess they have to pay all those top models in their ads not to eat, so that dough has to come from somewhere.

Here’s the deal with Victoria’s Secret. They are extremely overpriced which is why I don’t visit the store unless it is their Semi-​Annual Sale. Mall of Georgia has a nice store they keep it pretty cleaned up & if you are able to avoid the 2 or 3 vultures at the front of the store who attack you with offers on the way in it’s a nice shopping experience. I feel I’m being a little harsh but we all know I’m being pretty honest. I will give them the fact that I get a free panty free of charge whenever I get the little coupons in the mail. However, sometimes the employees here look at you funny when all you «purchase» is the free panty. Anyway, if you’re at the Mall of Georgia give a try for yourself they are usually pretty busy so be prepared for long lines.
