It’s now 945, line of people, says they open at 930! But not one person even in the store, why say you open at that time when you don’t! Very frustrating!!!

The two ladies who help me are awesome. This is my go to shipping place. I go there for all my shipping needs around two or three times a month. I’m always in a rush and they are always available to help and I always walk out with a smile and infinitely more relaxed than when I walked in. Keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service! They say no refunds but they sell POS products. I didnt know of the no refund policy until i bought a pair of earbuds on Monday and by Wednesday they were staticy and i had to keep turning the connection piece to get it to clear up. I went back up there with my receipt and to return them and she told me «no refunds»…I gave my number for the manager to call me back because thats just not fair… that was over a week ago and im still waiting. Ill never buy ANYTHING from there or recommend them for anything… next step the BBB.

While the convenience of FedEx, UPS and USPS all in one location is a great idea, their service is non existent. Lady just sat there, eating her burger and pointed to a box to put stuff in. This used to be a great spot, they would tell you what was cheapest, etc. Not anymore. Big skip.

Disappointing experience yesterday. Younger girl working. Refuses to give me a UPS envelope. Says that she cannot give out supplies as they have to pay for supplies. Really? UPS gives YOU the envelopes and supplies for free. YOU can also get the supplies at the UPS drop boxes and service centers(Gainesville/Pleasantdale) for free. I was just asking for ONE envelope. Sorry, YOU just lost a potential future customer. Poor customer service. There are other shipper services in the area. I would suggest NOT shipping anything from here.

Complete rip off. And the staff has a horrible attitude. They act bothered every time you go in. A single stamp is marked up to $ 0.75. I will never go back. No matter how convenient.

Total rip off. My first visit to this business and I needed a large packet of documents faxed. Never mind that it cost me $ 52.50 to send a fax! The real kicker is they sent it to the wrong number. When I realized it, they refused to give me my money back and told me I was LYING! Way to treat your custoners! Maybe if she hadn’t been too busy talking on her phone to talk to her customer, she wouldn’t have made the mistake in the first place. Hope they enjoy their $ 52.50. That is the last penny they will get from me.

These guys do it all. Fax/Scan/Copies/shipping and packaging. I do a lot of my business with them. Including mailbox rental with 24 hour access. I also use their computer to print some of my stuff. Beats going to the post office and standing in long lines and dealing with people with attitude. Nice to see smiley faces greeting me by my first name. They even gift wrapped some of my Christmas packages for me. Highly recommend them.

At first, i was confused because of the signBut once i stepped inside, i was warmly greeted. Jonie, the manager, was very helpful and informative. I wasn’t hesitant about asking questions because she gave that good vibe. Very nice.
