Tim’s Tree Service

Tim did a great job for me this afternoon by rescuing my cat from a very tall pine! My indoor cat had escaped over a week ago and this morning I spotted him in a tree. Four hours of coaxing him do no good and I was afraid he was too weak to climb down. So I called Tim’s service. Even though it is Super Bowl Sunday, Tim and his climber came out and had the cat down in five minutes! He charged me a reasonable price for coming out on a Sunday, emergency call. Worst service ever. Did not cut down the trees he said he would. Literally cut 8 trees on top of each other and left. I feel so taken advantage of. And he’s my neighbor.

DO NOT USE! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tim (the owner) yelled at us in our own backyard after kicking our dog. I have never experienced such a rude business in my life. We asked him to leave and hired someone else.

Tim, I like the way you «remembered» the story! My small dog wS sniffing your foot when you kicked him as hard as you could! You said“did u not see that?” That dog bit me. I was standing right there Tim. MAybe you should tell your lies when people aren’t present. Another point to show your rudeness and disrespect was I asked you to move your car because I was late for a doctors appointment and your reply was I’m only going to be a few minutes! Your attitude was how dare I ask you to do something! My husband and I and all of my friends are still laughing about the message you left that «you were attacked!» By a little cute schnauzer wearing an adorable sweater! I’ll bet it’s hard to live in a world that doesn’t revolve around you! There are too many people who are nice and do a wonderful professional job without the attitude! Let’s see, I kept my door closed so my puppy wouldn’t escape, asked you to move your car, asked you not to run at my lab with your fist raised and saw you kick a little 10 pound puppy in the face as hard as you could! I asked you to leave my property — what was I supposed to do?
