Physicians Immediate Med

Was sent here by my employer. Waited forever, unskilled nurse. Was told I could have 1 X-​ray. The nurse flipped through page after page trying to figure out how to take it. Was shuffled back in the room and give 3 scripts that my pharmacist said contraindicated. Was told I would have the results of my one X-​ray within a month and that I should take a couple of days off work. Called the next day to ask the dr a question and they said they had never heard of her. Went to the ER the following day and found out I had 2 broken elbows. Have since had 2 surgeries and still in pain. They are the Worst! I wouldn’t take my worst enemy here. They should be shut down!

I am writing this after waiting 2 hours and still not seeing the doctor. I realize that sometimes things get busy, but I have been here several times and it is always this slow. The quality of the care is usually decent, but a visit here can take 2 or 3 hours.

Different members of our family have been to Hiram location several times over the years. The doctor /​medical care is okay when you got to have a place to go. The office /​reception staff needs customer service training, often unfriendly and very limited in their ability to explain things. The billing system and related staff is worse, compounded greatly by evolving insurance coverage changes and poorly formatted billing documents. Recent billing nightmare means we will never go back. They would benefit greatly from new billing software that makes it easier for their people and customers to read bills.
Talking to our pharmacy staff about them reveals additional examples of concerns.
Recent trip for bad sore throat– right at $ 300. including shot and strep test. Insurance paid $ 63.

I would love to give this place zero, no negative stars if I could. Everything about this place was horrible. HORRIBLE. The moment I walked in, the lady at the desk asked (rudely) «okay, what do you need?» And as I STARTED talking, she cut me off and said, «just fill everything out on this form and give it back when you’re done.» I was thinking, um. Okay. So then I took the clipboard of forms and sat at the seating area and filled it out. After filling it out and paying, a guy opened the door soon after. I politely smiled and said hello, and the guy ignored me. He was so rude. No small talk, no nothing. He clearly looked like he did not enjoy his job and I was a burden to him. Then he took me to another room, and said
Dr. London will be with you in just a minute.
Well, 40 minutes later, I’m still in the room waiting. So I got out of the room and asked the rude girl sitting at the front desk, how long it would take. She said the doctor was doing sutures and that I would be next. Uh, okay. Fine. The doctor came in about ten minutes later, and you know. I understand the two other workers who may not enjoy their job and lack professionalism, but I expected much more from the actual doctor. She was the WORST out of all of them. She was freaking rude. Barely listened to what I was saying, and looked like she just wanted to get it over with. She prescribed me some antibiotics to treat STDs apparently when I went in for a cold. I don’t know much about medicine obviously, so maybe that it’s okay for a cold too (that’s what I’m hoping). Imagine my surprise when I googled the medicine, and the top things that pop out for that medicine is gonorrhea and chlamydia. I don’t know. All I know is that the doctor didn’t even ask me much. She was in the room for literally less than five minutes. After waiting ~an hour and being treated with the worst bedside manner ever, I left very unhappy. They didn’t even say bye. The girl at the desk was clearly looking too. Do not go here at all. It’s been two weeks, and I’m in bed with a severe headache. I will never be coming here again, and I suggest everyone to do the same. There are many other doctors and staff that are welcoming and caring, and this place is not one of them at all. No compassion whatsoever.

Great practice and staff. Wait can be awhile but that’s to be expected at an after hour minor ER clinic

Horrible. Brought two sick children. After being told a 45 minute wait, was ushered to «Triage» after almost a hour and a half. The children were treated poorly and the triage nurse was very impatient and very frustrated with them because they were cranky (hint lady. they are SICK). Took every ounce of energy to not freak out on this woman. After triage, was moved to an exam room, where we waited another 45 minutes. When we inquired about any further delays, we were told it could be another 30 – 45 minutes. We cut our losses and left. Waste of time, waste of energy. Save yourself the pain and go to another place. There are plenty more around that actually care.

I have met two wonderful doctors here. I feel awful bc I forgot the one docs name. He has grey hair and is a lil husky, but so funny and sweet. Dr London, knew exactly what was wrong with me and I had no clue!
The only reason I knocked off a star is bc the receptionist has the personality of a doormat! Now, I have noticed the morning receptionist is very kind. The blonde… Meh.
Such great doctors should have a better receptionist.
Other than that, great people, and great docs!

Horrible. I was there for 2 hrs. They should name this place SLOW CARE. Doc had no idea what was wrong. Basically told me to go see someone else. Waste of $ and time.

I went to visit the Dr. for a prescription, that I thought I needed… after googling my symptoms of course.
When he examined me, he started asking a lot of questions. His point, was that he didn’t just want to treat the symptoms, he wanted to get to the root of the problem.
Well, to make a long story short, Dr. Pelishev, did get to the root of the problem. Sure, I got the prescription for the symptom, but no don’t, have the symptom any longer, and I don’t need the medicine either! Dr. Pelishev, never hesitates to checkup on me, when he sees me in the office with one of my kids, or for other reasons.
Dr. Pelishev one of kind. Sort of a Russian Marcus Welby…

Stay away from this place they charge 145.00 to see the doctor and he spent 3 minutes with you before writing the wrong prescription.
