Lund International

I ordered a bug deflector and window vents from AVS (a Lund subdivision) via CARID on November 9^th. After ordering and being charged $ 29 for delivery of items that weight less than a pound each, I receive an email that the items will be delayed. Finally the items arrive, except one of the items is not there in the box. The UPS tracking number is attached to the item that I ordered, making me believe it should have been delivered. So, I have to call CARID. After spending a half hour of my busy day explaining that I didn’t receive the item that I paid for, he finally gets back to me after speaking with Lund to tell me they don’t have it in stock. It will now be another two weeks! This wouldn’t infuriate me if they had just kept me updated. Also, don’t offer an item if you don’t have it available! Instead, they messed up and attached a tracking number to it and made it look as though they shipped the item. We live in a computer based world. It is not that difficult for someone at Lund to track items. I am gravely disappointed in the lack of pride in their work and despicable customer service. I will never purchase anything by LUND again. Save yourself the headache and sho somewhere else!

I recently purchased a product from Lund Int. and after installation I noticed a small manufacturing flaw in the product. I contacted their customer service department and within a week I had a completely new piece delivered to my home. Their customer service didn’t end there though, as I received a call from them asking if my replacement part had arrived and was satisfactory. I really enjoy dealing with a company that stands behind their product warranty and offers such great customer service!
