Tracey was so personable and sweet! She’s a perfectionist with all the services she provides and is a lovely individual. I got white matte gel nails and my eyebrows tinted and both were awesome! Thank you so much LD nails and Tracey. :)

I too am very picky about my nails and very much appreciate attention to detail, REALLY scraping at my cuticles, accurate shaping, care with polish placement, etc.
Ms. Kim and Chuckie are phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about both ladies. They care about you as a person as well as caring about the service they are providing. I have had great experiences with other technicians also but Ms. Kim and Chuckie are my go-​to ladies.
I’ve been coming to L&D for almost six years and have had the rare bad experience but 99% of the time they are on-​point. L&D is the role model for nail salons.

I’m really picky about the way my nails look and I had been struggling to find a salon that shaped them the way I wanted and made them even.
I went in to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure and I think my experience at LD was probably the best I’ve ever had. My nail technician suggested I get SNS Instead of a gel, because it’s a lot better for your nails and I thought it was great. The color, shape and size were exactly what I wanted. The salon has a nice setup and my nail technician was very nice, although I can’t remember her name.
My one complaint though is that she kept suggesting other colors to me saying they would look better when I had already decided what I wanted. I’m super indecisive and for me to have chosen a color meant that I had already thought about it for a while, so that was kind of annoying.
But other than that, this might be my new regular place!

Love, Love, Love this salon. I am very picky and being new to the area I turned to Unilocal for direction. Unilocal didn’t disappoint with the ratings for LD Nail Spa! I wanted natural looking acrylic nails with a gel finish and I couldn’t be happier! Lisa was great. She was gentle yet quick. This is definitely THE nail salon in Buford!

Went back to LD nails after a bad experience with employee overcharging me. Management was amazing! Thoughtful, kind, considerate, and more than willing to make up for the previous issue. I could not be happier with the job done today and the way I was treated. Kim was always fantastic and made my nails look beautiful. I am extremely satisfied with the job done here and thrilled with the way management handles things.

Ok so Kelly the owner has tried to contact me to right the wrong. I really do appreciate her so I am updating my review and asking people to still give this place a chance. I will not be returning but don’t let my one bad experience keep you from getting great nails. As I said in my previous review they have always done a great job and the owners are absolutely wonderful.

I was disillusioned with my former nail spa, so I thought I would research a new place nearby. I’m so glad I found LD Nails. I believe my tech’s name was Cindy (shame on me for not knowing for sure!) she was funny, wanted to do a good job and actually cut my nails short like I like them! She was so good about reminding me to relax and enjoy which is why I have pedicures in the first place… very thankful for the reminder! I was going to have gel fingers done, but decided against it on this visit because I got there pretty late.
I intend to go back in the next couple of days and get them done and I may even sneak next door for a full hour massage at Massage Envy.
I had a great conversation with the owner while I was sitting at the drying table. She has a passion for her business and very much wants it to succeed. I hope to help her!
I will definitely be back.

I have already rated this nail salon but I just had to rave again because it’s just simply amazing. Yesterday, I decided to try a new style on my nails called «ombré» and it came out FABULOUS. I’ve received so many compliments about my nails. I also decided (for the first time ever) to get my eye brows waxed and I’m SOLD to eye brow waxing now. THANK YOU Chuckie for exposing me to these new fabulous things and for the beautiful work that you do! I look forward to my visits! :)

I liked this salon, its close to home and to my gym Bodyplex. I went late in the day on a Saturday for a pedicure and there was no wait time. It was the best pedicure I’ve had to date. My technicians name was Chuckie, she gave me a great pedi with clay and hot stones. I love how they use the plastic covers to keep the foot basins sanitized. My only complaint would be that the massage chair I had was not the best. No matter which intensity level I chose on the remote, I never got the deep back massage that I’ve received from other chairs, I would definitely recommend this shop and will possibly return. Oh yeah and they have a Frequent Customer program, after 9 visits you get $ 10 off of visit #10.

I found my «go to» nail place! Yepi! This nail place is conveniently located next to «Massage Envy,» «LA Fitness,» and a sushi place… this is definitely my plaza of choice, lol. I was pampered by Wendy and Yvonne. They were both wonderful with me. I got the ultimate spa package and boy was it worth it! Wendy was so sweet. She joked with me and made me felt comfortable and the three of us were just having a great time chatting. Yvonne did my nails and she was very diligent about it. It’s still beautiful after 2 weeks. I was asking them about where to get the best ethnic food in the area. This is definitely my new nail place of choice! Thanks for taking care of me, ladies! See you soon! :)

I highly recommend LD Nail & Spa. The salon is very clean, and staff is professional. My to go ladies are Tracy and Chuckie. Tracy is the bomb with shellac manicures, eyebrow tinting, not to mention the great massage she gives with the mani… Now Chuckie is the bomb with nail designs, shellac polish, and awesome with pedicures. I’m new to Georgia, been here about 4months and this is my nail salon choice.
I did experience a problem here once. I did not go to my usually two ladies for a shellac mani and boy did I ever regret it. Gel nails started lifting the next day, polish completely off a few nails in two days. But the owner took care of me, she apologize and redid my shellac mani all over.

I LOVE this salon! Tried it for the first time today and am so impressed! Not only does the salon look very high end and luxurious, my nails came out looking amazing! I’ve been getting acrylic nails for the past 2 years and they have never looked this good. Holly did a phenomenal job!!! Tons of gel colors to choose from and they had enough people staffed to take walk-​ins immediately. Will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend!

Went in yesterday to get a new full set done and I am beyond impressed. The shop is very clean and bright on the inside. All of the staff was very nice and friendly. They seemed to all want to talk to you and carry on a conversation which I like. The woman who had done my nails was very professional and made sure not to hurt my cuticles when she was filing my nails. She pulled a cuticle and apologized and held my finger for a minute to make sure it wouldn’t bleed. She also filed the glue off from under my fingers which was amazing! The colors for gel are plentiful and I got the cuties color for spring. I am making this my go to shop.

I recently moved to Buford — this shop had good reviews and is very convenient to my new home. I went in at 12p on a Saturday (Valentines Day) for a gel mani and needless to say it was packed. I was told my wait would be 20 min but I waited an hour. I will say my wait was worth it! My gel mani was meticulous. Houng was GREAT! I am very particular about my cuticles and without saying a word she made sure they were flawless. She actually took the time to look for mistakes: cuticles, paint, nail shape… I was so impressed. I will go back and ask for her by name.
Outside of the incorrect estimated wait… great experience!

Recently moved to Georgia from California and came across this shop. I read some of the other reviews and thought I’d give it a try. my daughter and I went in and were immediately attended too! The staff was very friendly… Lisa did my nails n I must say I’m very pleased with her work along with Tracy who was doin nails on a customer next to me! Everyone was very friendly I must say I Will be a repeat customer! I was very pleased with not only the attentiveness of the staff but also with the work! Thank u so much Lisa u did a Great job!
