Ray is right. We have a love seat that was delivered defective. Two months and still no resolution. Getting the runaround with no end in sight. They’ve got my money and could care less about customer service. They won’t honor the standard warranty, much less the extended warranty they pressured me into. Look elsewhere.

Friendly sales staff, inept management and incompetent service department. This store is a franchise and is very poorly run. I had some quality issues with my furniture, the service department does not like to leave messages, return phone calls or do anything that resembles their job. They are about the laziest boys I have ever seen. Since they were so lazy, I had to get the corporate headquarters involved to resolve my issues. I urge you to go somewhere else.

Melanie might have given us the best sales experience we’ve ever had at a retail store. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted, that it fit our space, an kept us at budget without trying to over sell us. Amazing experience!
