I refuse to even go to this location upon my first phone call. Didn’t catch the name of the attitude Annie who answered the phone because she was so rude! Very poor way to represent a great company. Too many places to go and too much competition for sales reps to conduct themselves in such a horrid manner.

I moved here and need to have my rings inspected every 6 months. I visited this store because it’s 3 miles from my home and the attitudes of employees here is terrible. Not only once or twice but three times. I did buy a beautiful pearl necklace while waiting once but won’t make any other purchases here anymore. Too bad because I have a huge credit line…

Just left the store not only made to feel like I was not worthy to be in their presence, but also as a second class citizen because I asked for them to clean and look at our wedding rings that we had bought at another Kay jeweler location. I am in sales myself and this was totally unacceptable. After her second smart remark and her condescending attitude, let’s just say we left without having our rings checked or cleaned. Will never purchase from Kay again.

My husband and I have had a terrific experience overall at this location. They are always so quick to help us, and they always offer to check and clean our jewelry. Last time we made a payment they offered to clean and inspect my wedding set and found two loose stones, and because my husband bought the service plan, they sent them off for free repair.
The only problem we have ever had is that my husband went in without me once and one of the salespeople was very rude and didn’t seem to want to help him at all. But we haven’t seen her there since, so maybe she doesn’t work there anymore. All of the others who work there are wonderful and always remember us when we come in.

The ladies in this store are complete B’s, the worst attitude I’ve ever seen of any jewelry store. Store is complete dead but yet they were to busy to help me.
