I have to say that this is been probably one of the best car wash experiences I have ever had. Which sounds very strange saying it, but there is something really awesome about the people that manage and run this place and you can tell how the owner takes pride in taking care of his customers and giving them a friendly experience. I came here with a new used car that I purchased that was in pretty rough shape. I paid for a detail service that was exceptional. The interior and exterior of the car looked 100 times better than when I brought it in and it was all completed in just under an hour, which amazes me. While waiting I enjoyed a cup of coffee, free Wi-​Fi and a friendly comfortable atmosphere to work from. if you’re looking for a top-​notch carwash experience you found it here!

They did an OK job on my car in my opinion. I am not the picky about my car, but there seemed to be a lot of details missed in the full service wash and wax I paid for.

I’m really picky about my car and I didn’t have too high hopes going to this place. I had another car detailed place spill a drink in my backseat and the stain had set in for weeks.
They said they’d TRY to extract the stain but couldn’t guarantee it would come all the way out because it was red juice.
So I get a full service wash. Inside and out. Seats shampooed and BOOM!!! All the stains gone! My car is like new again. I met the owner and he was soo sooo gracious! The guys here take their time and really went above and beyond. You have gained a forever customer!

I’ve been coming here for a while now (since the other car wash near my house closed down). But I must say, I am so glad that I gave this place a try. The employees here are extremely THOROUGH. My car comes out brand new each time! I love how they give great offers, like coupons and the 7 day rain warranty. Best part is the friendly staff, including the manager. KUDOS guys!!!

Not bad, but not as good as it used to be.
Their «Full Service and Super Interior Clean» last year was $ 35 it is now $ 45 (what in our economy has gone up that much in the last year) and in general they can’t seem to get it done right. last month when I noticed they didn’t do the blow out portion the guy told me they had done the regular full service and I had to wait for it to be redone (1 hr 45 minutes total) On my last visit the female manager type person told me that they used the wrong cloth to clean the inside of my windshield and that is might be hazy at night but they couldn’t see it now. apparently the idea of cleaning the window a couple of times with fresh rags and glass cleaner didn’t occur to them. That night it was very difficult to see it was so hazy. I used to love this place but when it started doing the remodeling the service seems have gotten worse.
I still go there because many car washes don’t offer blow out service. The owner and his wife used to regularly be all over the place and these days I have not seen them on my last several visits.

I drive by this place everyday but never used it because I would get my car washed when the oil was changed (at a different place). Well – my «favorite» place closed so I went literally months without a car wash. Mostly because it was kids baseball season and there was no point in trying to keep the grass and stuff out of the van during the season. Eventually, the van looked like a family of 8 were living in it full time, and it was time to do something about it.
For some reason I never realized this car wash offered full service — I saw the free vacuums and assumed I had to do all of the work myself. A friendly neighbor told me how wrong I was and highly recommended the place. So at 7:30 on a Friday night of Memorial Day weekend, I pull in and order up the full service that included an inside cleaning.
I had NO IDEA how much detail they would go into! I felt terrible because the two guys working on my shot-​out van went over every square inch of that van with an air compressor and vacuum — cleaning out a season’s worth of baseball clay and grass, and crumbs from every fast food meal we ate on the run. As the minutes ticked by and the evening started to get a little dark, I felt badly that I had kept the kids working so late — but they didn’t let that stop them. They diligently forged ahead and in the end presented me with a van cleaner than it was the day I bought it! Okay – maybe that’s slightly exaggerated, but it was ah-​maz-​ing.
I was impressed with the quality of the work, but especially the attitude of the team working on the car and the manager who didn’t act at all irritated that I chose a full service so late in the day. (I swear I didn’t know!!). In fact, he went out of his way to make me feel like it was no big deal — when you know in their hearts they wanted to get out of there and start their Friday night! That being said — thank you!
I will absolutely, positively, be back. They earned my business, for sure.

Great value and perfect if you want to clean the inside of you car yourself or leave it to them.

This is hands down the BEST car wash in Gwinnett County! They have amazing prices and a great crew that really takes care of your car. Our car really needed some TLC after I used it as a Nanny Vehicle for over a year and the people at Grand Slam were able to recommend the exact package that we needed based on the carpets in our car and the specific plastic our car was made with. We are trying to sell our car and taking detailed pictures is key to try and sell something online– the crew here did such an amazing job cleaning out every little nook and cranny! Simply the best!

I’ve been to this place a few times now and they always do a great job. Had an issue with a wet carpet after it was washed and they made sure it was taken care of no matter how many times I came back. The unlimited plan is a great value. James (the manager) is NEVER behind a desk in an office. He’s very hands on and always simultaneously directing his crew and greeting his customers. Staff is very friendly and professional. Recommend it to anyone in the area.

I was a frequent customer until today. My car was still dirty after going through the wash and it also got spots all over it from sitting in the sun waiting for a parking spot. The manager suggested I pay extra for full service instead of running the car through the wash again. If you can’t take care of your customers, then you don’t deserve their hard earned money. Simple as that.

Just took my Cadillac Escalade in for a detail. It was filthy. These guys did an amazing job. It appears that they have a good group of very conscientious employees who work for them. Very impressed and definitely will stop here when I’m in Gwinnett County.

For the money, this is by far the best car wash I’ve ever had. $ 25 and my truck looks like it has been actually detailed. These guys are meticulous and do quality work. And according to the manager, the employees get raises based on customer satisfaction. It shows.

This is a big car wash in the Buford Area. On sunny days, the lines can get long but they move pretty fast. There a a few packages to select from regarding the wash. This time, I chosethe $ 18 wash. It’s the full throttle and guarantees that if it rains within 24 hours of your wash, you get another one free.
I like the fact that an attendant is standing there when you select your wash. They are not overbearing, just there to help if you need them. I was convinced on the $ 18 wash because I knew rain was in the forecast. The attendent told me as long as I came back within 1 week of my wash I would be okay. They are lenient on that 24 hour gurantee. I came back 4 days later and received my complimentary wash after the rain.
Other services are offered here including oxidizing your headlamps, full interior detail and free vacuums. They even provide you with glass cleaner and free towels to use. That is a rare find for car washes and much appreciated. If you baby your baby like I do, then you probably have your own supplies. A good car wash is hard to find and this place has good customer service from my experience. Try this one on for size.

I like to consider myself a regular here. Even though I don’t have a preferred customer card (not like it exists anyway) or an unlimited wash pass. The staff is friendly (mostly young kids). My only complaint is the lack of towels to use when detailing it yourself. Other than that. It’s my go to car wash.

I like going to this car wash over the others in the area. For some reason, I feel like my car is a lot cleaner after going through this car wash compared to the others.
I always just get the outside service, don’t know if I will ever pay for a full service, but for an outside clean, it does the job!

Today, while getting my car wash, this customer came in and handed me a coupon to receive $ 10 off my next visit! I was so thrilled! I love saving money! I could of hugged him (rest assure, I didn’t)! Now this has nothing to do with the rating of the car wash but I just wanted to share my enthusiasm with you. :)
Back to things that matter:
So when I think about taking my car here I go «Meh.» And then I usually follow that with a *shoulder shrug*
I take my car here because I’m lazy or because I just finished painting my nails & I don’t want to ruin them or because there is a questionable stain in the back & I’m fearful of contracting some disease if I touch it. But the reason for coming to this car wash is never because of their excellent service. They are mediocre at best.
I usually get the cheapest full service (which is called, «full service wash»…simple enough) for $ 22. But every time I do get this option, I always end up wishing I got just a regular express wash (outside only cleaning). Because I tend to always end up having to re-​clean the inside myself.
They don’t do a good job on the inside. Today, I saw tons of things that a simple wipe down or vacuuming could have fixed. I’m not a complainer (I hate confrontation) so I wasn’t going to bother with pointing it out to the workers. But then this man (I think he was the manager) came out, stared at me for an awkward and intense 10 seconds and then whispered angrily at the guy who was returning my car to me. I got the impression he knew I was a Unilocaler. He pointed out several things the man could do better and then stormed off to the side. The worker quickly wiped a few things in the back. But, when the «angry manager» guy left, he hopped out of my car & told me the car was ready. (It was kind of funny)
I drove the car over to the side and finished cleaning the inside myself.
Some of the staff members that works in the office are very nice. And I’m sure they would be happy to hear my complaints if I wasn’t such a wuss.
If you know of a better car wash place, don’t bother trying this one for any inside services.
The car wash itself is clean & I love that they stay true to their baseball theme all throughout the business. Grand Slam, I intensely give you three shiny but mediocre stars.
