Cannot say enough good things about this company. Our upstairs A/​C unit quit working and even though it was a Sunday, even though it was Father’s Day, Marie returned my call within minutes and within the hour, Paul was at our house to see if he could fix the problem. This is a local, family-​owned business who treat their customers like family.
Paul is so knowledgeable and was willing to explain absolutely everything he was doing and fully explain our options for repair only after taking the time to check everything out completely. This company cares about their customers, cares about doing quality work, and clearly maintains the highest ethical standard in all they do. I cannot say enough good things. In less than an hour we had icy cold air blowing again. I am so impressed and so grateful. You can trust CoolMax to be prompt, fair and thorough in everything they do.

I have had a wonderful experience with Cool Max. A couple of years ago one of my a/​c, heating units finally died after years of babying along. In one day they came in and installed a new indoor and outdoor unit and even helped me finance it. No problems ever since!

I had lost all hope in anyone in this industry being honest anymore until I met Emily! She was my third technician within the same day from three different companies the first two trying to rip me off for parts that I had already known were not bad. Not only did she troubleshoot to her fullest, she was dedicated to the cause of finding out what was causing the issue and not just part swapping. In the end I actually asked her how much do you WANT me to pay you (at this point she could have given me any number) but instead she offered me a yearly maintenance agreement that was only $ 10 more than what the service and repair would have been! Everyone needs to know about them if they have central air and heating needs.
