It’s stinks that Chipotle is so good, and because it’s so good you have to deal with rude people just to satisfy for your craving for it. The customer in front of me waited 10 minutes before anyone rang her up. The plate builder was giving nasty looks as if it’s our fault she’s working tonight. This location is always out of lettuce and guacamole. It’s the closest one to me so I just deal with it to have the food. Why should I settle? This place needs to straighten up. I don’t recommend coming here but if it’s the closest one with in 20 miles then I can’t blame you!

The good news about this chipotle: there’s rarely a line. The bad news: it’s because it’s not good. I hate that because our office is near here and we love chipotle, but this one leaves us disappointed more than satisfied. We always try to give it another chance. But I think that is going to soon come to an end. The chicken is normally burnt, the lettuce is old, and they get to go orders wrong. If this were the first chipotle I’ve ever tasted… I would never have had it again.

This location is awful. Consistently awful. I love Chipotle and it pisses me off that this Buford location is so freaking sorry. The management is pathetic, or non-existent. It’s ALWAYS dirty. Floors, tables, bathrooms. Dirty. Where the hell is the manager? And how do you run out of rice? I mean, seriously. That’s like QuickTrip running out of fountain drinks. I really hate this location. I’ve been meaning to write to the corporate office because it’s just ridiculous how poorly this location is run. If you order online for pickyp, check your order. They will mess it up 100% of the time and make you wait like you didn’t even order online. It’s just plain ridiculous. Did I mention I hate this location. Hey, Chipotle!, get a real manager in there and fire all those lazy ass morons.

Please come check this place out! SO kind, the service was super super super fast, the restaurant was clean, and the food was what Chipotle always is – delicious, well-made, such big portions! We love it!

First of all I love their food ! But their customer service is terrible ! I always order online for pick up and the website specifically says to up to register there is no need to wait in line. So that’s exactly what did. When I arrived the guy at the register looked at me and did not say one word to me. So I just stood there, watched him as he took about 5 customers and watch him stand there waiting for the next Customer to finish building their bowl he looked at me again and walked to the back to clean off a tray so then the girls building the bowls & burritos just stared at me standing there. So then he comes back out & looks at me again doesn’t say one word. So he takes one more customer & finally says something to me ! At this point I was so mad didn’t say anything to him ! He forgot my sons apple juice and my salad dressing ! This isn’t the first time this happens to me ! I was so frustrated! He could’ve said hello I’ll be right with you. I understand if he was busy but he wasn’t I went on a Thursday late afternoon. And there were only like maybe 6 people in line !!

I came in here last sunday to get a bowl. The girl that was makin them you could barely hear what she was saying. She was not very friendly. Not that anyone here is 2friendly. But she said beans. And i said yeh. I was about 2tell her what kind. And she just started puttin blk beans on it. I dont like blk beans. She said i can do half and half. The beans were already on there. I said i dont like blk beans. She just looked at me. And it wasnt a nice look. Then she tried 2take a little container and scoop the blk beans out. That didnt work. So she threw it away and started over. I felt bad for makin her do that. And i said i was sorry a couple times but she didnt say nething. I kinda felt like it was my felt bc i didnt like the blk beans.

Kinda disappointed. They were not prepared. I asked for avocado in my burrito bowl and found the skin of the avocado in my bowl. They need to be more meticulous when preparing other people’s food

I guess it won’t change. I was told email the order in to eliminate the wait. Yet you still have to bit in between customers like they don’t know the reason your standing off to the side of the register. When you get done with the customer you’re taking care of acknowledge the customer standing to the pick up side.

Pulled a high chair for my 1 year old had to drag it to my seat while carrying my kid no one offered to help. Once I got to my table I realized the chair was missing multiple screws and wobbled side to side. When I mentioned to the woman sweeping the floor right next to me that the chair was missing multiple screws and was a hazzard to children that it should be removed from the floor for safety reasons she rolled her eyes and said no you can use it and proceeded to sweep. I walked back to where they had the other 2 chairs grabbed another and went back to my table when I put my one year old in I realized the chair straps were missing a buckle and couldn’t safely secure my son in the chair so I could enjoy my meal. My son later wiggled down and got stuck between the chair and the front bar and cried histerically while I attempted to get his out unharmed. This is why the buckle is important folks! Definitely will be skipping chipotle and heading to chik fil a where customers ARE valued and someone is always ready to lend a helping hand. The culture at Chipotle is that of working robots, no friendly faces, no customer care. Just a line of detached humans rushing your plate down a table. Too bad because the only time the food disappoints is when I don’t get enough :/

I haven’t eaten at a Chipotle in a while. It was not as good as I remember though. It’s not that the food is bad, it just didn’t particularly fit my taste. Queso would have been a good addition I think. Very crowded which is to be expected at lunch time but there’s not enough seating for the demand. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet this is not the place for you, very loud since there were so many people.

Chipotle is my favorite chain restaurant. I love their food. I loathe this location though. It is always dirty and they are out of the Tabasco chipotle flavor almost every time.

This is the WORST taco chain EVER! The meat is luke warm. I know what is named and hate the chipotle taste, but I didn’t expect to eat a chipotle pepper with ever bite! But I figured I’d give it a try… Worst meal I’ve had… I’d eat Taco Bell before I return here. Besides the chipotle steak, the chicken had zero taste besides grill char. The guacamole was just avocado– bland. The tacos had a limited and unimaginative choice of toppings. Even the«sweet tea» was a catastrophic disappointment. The restaurant was filthy at about 3pm on a Sunday. Even my taco loving kid couldn’t stomach more than a bite or two.

This is by far where I eat out the most at. I love the ingredients and fresh taste of the bowls here and it’s pretty healthy. It’s priced very well too.

The food is alright, but the place is too loud and too crowded. There’s never a place to sit, and the place is way too cramped. To top it all off, the ice machine is never working.

This location is always full of people, if you decide to stay and make the line, then you don’t have anywhere to sit because people are holding tables, these are friends or family of people that are standing in line way behind you! Not worth it!

I enjoy Chipotle. I do not however enjoy anything about this location. I work nearby so if I wanted Chipotle my options are limited to this location. Well, I’ve determined its simply not worth it. If you order in person, you’re met with pretty lousy customer service and smaller than average portions. If you order online they don’t start your order until you arrive in the store. I assumed it was an isolated incident, but its happened every instance since the first. I’m honestly pretty upset about this review. I’ve given myself multiple chances to not have a bad experience here but its just so… consistently disappointing. I didn’t even care about the 60 on the recent health inspection, everything else is bad enough as is. Don’t eat here. It doesn’t satisfy your chipotle craving and you’re worse off for the experience.

I LOVECHIPOTLE! and I come to this one a lot… or I try to. This place can get REALLY busy even on weekdays! So if I see the line pass the drinks, I decide to eat some where else. Which happened to me a couple times. The place is pretty small and so the seating is very limited too. If you eat outside some bees might attack you! Harmless or not… I don’t like bugs all up in my face. But overall the food is consistent with the other chipotles. One time I ate here though and my chicken was still a little PINK! But as you can read, I’m still alive and for that its an overall, A-OK

This place seems like it’s always busy. I guess it’s no surprise since it’s near the Mall of Georgia. But like these types of establishments, the line seems to move along fairly quickly. The seats empty fairly quickly as well so no worries there. If you’ve never tried Chipotle before, then brace yourself since the burritos are huge! I usually plan on ordering mine as a to-go so I can snack on it later. lol. I believe the burritos will give you the most amount of food, the other items just seem like there’s less meat(i.e. burrito bowl). Oh, you can also order quesadillas too even though it’s not on the menu. It’s part of the«secret» menu or something like that(as was told to me). :) The service here is decent, nothing too wowing on either side of the good or bad spectrum.
