Bulwark Exterminating

Bulwark is fantastic! Jameson is wonderful, prompt, thorough, explains everything very well and is so sweet to my boys when he comes. My 2 year old just loves the «bug man»! I love that their indoor treatments are kid and pet friendly. We’ve had Bulwark come out a few extra times since we live in a new community and bugs are being run out of their territory constantly. Each time has been great and bugs significantly decreased! I recommend Bulwark to everyone and will continue to use them! Such a friendly company, each time I call the person on the phone is very polite and scheduling has been so easy. Each time they’ve been able to come very quickly to treat. I can’t say enough good things about them!

James came out to the house and walked me through every detail of what’s needed to keep our home bug free and how he accomplishes this. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and am glad we have him on board. I appreciate the ability and flexibility to reach him outside of scheduled appointments as well.
As a new-​comer to Cumming, GA from Seattle, WA, bugs here are very different than what I’m use to dealing with. Thank you for taking care of our home like it was your home!

Our technician is Adam Trogdon and he is completely awesome. We had just moved in to a new (to us) house and though the seller denied it, the signs of a previous roach infestation were obvious (not just those little tell-​tale dots in drawers and so on, but lots of cheap «roach trap» type devices left in top cupboards, etc). We asked a friend for a recommendation and he said to call Adam. So glad we did!
Adam is quiet, friendly, and completely professional. He also came out the next day after we called — important to me as I was pretty nervous about moving my stuff into a house that might have a hidden problem. He was very respectful of our home and privacy, answered all of our questions, and did his job quickly, unobtrusively, and thoroughly. He warned us we might see a bug or two after treatment, set up a schedule for ongoing control, and just basically took over details of a job that I really didn’t want to have to think about!
I’m very happy with Bulwark in general (pricing, treatment options, etc) and Adam in particular. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control service that’s fast, professional, and fair.

Update: In the 7 years we’ve lived here, we’ve had fewer bugs in the house than I can count on two hands. Outside we’ve had every bug known to mankind. We hired Bulwark to help us with the outdoor bugs so we could enjoy our yard more. Since hiring them we have bugs in our house. It’s driving me crazy. I wonder if anyone else is having this experience. I’m about to quit Bulwark because of it. Perhaps it’s coincidental? Perhaps the bugs are retaliating and leading a charge against us? Perhaps… I don’t know but I’m over it.

James is our territory manager and tech and we think he is just great. Not only does he know the answers when I ask specific questions about the various pests in our area but he also makes it a point to really know is clients. He has referred other local service people to us for household needs and each one of them has been great. I trust James in my home and with my family to rid of us nasty pests and we know that he would do a great job at your home too.

My brother has been using Bulwark for ca. 5 years. They are very professional, always on time and know how to get the job done! Our technician, David was very kind patient and really helped us understand what we could do to prevent the summer bugs that were attacking us on the last visit (seriously attacking us LOL). I personally detest spiders and with the surrounding environment the spiders love this house. We had some special areas that David took the time to go over and we have not had any spider problems since. David’s professional attitude, calm and patient demeanor is what you want when using an exterminating company. Bulwark has a customer for life!

I recently had an ant problem and called them up. I spoke with customer service and they were very professional and set up an appointment for james to come out and treat my house. James is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the issue at hand and more importantly how to solve it.

David H was very friendly upon greeting us on a Saturday morning. Wasn’t in a rush to get the job done with but was efficient and courteous. Answered any questions we had and provided us with ample door wedges upon request. Certainly would request him again as he completed the job professionally and with a personal manner.

David completed the general pest control treatment on my parents’ home, and once again did a great job! It’s always good to be serviced by someone who not only does a great job but does it with a great attitude.
