SUN ROLL offers assortment to Black Rice to create Sushi Rolls (Sun Roll), Rice & Soy Paper Wrap (Mega Sun Roll), Salad and Healthy Desserts. Sun Roll strives to popularize a modern approach to traditional Sushi by crafting intricately with Black rice that are as pleasing to the eyes as they are to the plate.

History

Established in 2016.

Sun Roll is a relization of founder Kevin Lin’s dream of serving food that reflects his philosophy «Let food be thy medicine». Kevin and Stephanie Lin, the owner of Sun Cuisines came to the United States in July of 1996 after studying authentic Asian Cuisines and food trade in Tokyo, Japan. They’ve operated multiple store for AFC Franchise Corporation, the largest supplier to sushi to supermarkets in the nation.

Lins opened Sun Cuisines in 2010, quickly become award wining and highly recognized Asian Restaurant where they’ve started introducing and popularizing Black Rice to WNY. Sun Roll is the healthy conscious eatery that provides handcrafted healthy fast food black rice Sushi and Wraps.
