The one star is for Dr. Stube himself, who is great at what he does. The staff, however has treated me by far the worst out of any doctors office I have ever been to. I have had to speak back and forth to different members of the staff who obviously do not communicate with eachother about simple paperwork that I needed. After having to call on four separate occasions, my issue was still not taken care of and no one seemed to know about it. I am APPAULED at the condescending attitude I received when calling. I a a very calm, non-​confrontational person. Going to a doctors office is stressful enough as is. I do not need the added stress of feeling as if I am being verbally assaulted by people who obviously do not enjoy what they do for a living. I’m not a punching bag.
