History

Established in 2008.

Salsa for the Soul is in it’s 7th year of business in W.N.Y. The business started out of an inspiration to help couples heal their relationships through the art and language of Latin partner dancing.

Since then, it has evolved to work with kids, people with special and differing abilities, adults, and senior citizens.

Sarah teaches and performs in schools and after-school programs, community centers, elder care residential centers, universities, and businesses.

Sarah brings mindfulness meditation, life coaching skills, yoga training, and free form body movement into her classes as well as her love for personal expression through visual and musical arts.

Salsa for the Soul also hosts fun, dance centered events through out the year, such as Salsa in the Park, Salsa, Merengue, and Bachata at Canalside, Sunday Social, and more to provide healthy activities for personal growth and connection.
