Waste of time. They’re servicing my fridge. I have 2 thermometers in the fridge and it stays around 40f. Yes, it’s turned to the coldest setting and I only have condiments, beer and a few leftovers. It’s not packed. They came out and gave me a line about air temp doesn’t matter and that I need to keep a thermometer in a cup of water. What does the guy do? Opens a bottle of water I’ve had in the fridge for 4 months and it’s at 43. What is a good temp? 35 – 40. So, they came out again– this time with parts and replaced 2 parts.
Basically, they come out, give you a few rehearsed lines and try not to fix anything. Not worth your time or money. Unfortunately for me, we have to use them based on a warranty

Do not use Rockelman. I scheduled an appointment with them to service a washing machine unit under warranty with Frigidaire. The technician who came out was someone named Paul; he was very rude in every interaction I had with him. They refused to have someone else come out to help move the units, and this man was at least 60 years old. After I arranged for someone to help with making the unit accessible, he went on to poorly service the unit and left everything strewn about, and just left, leaving me to put everything back together. When communicating with the company after the matter, I spoke with a manager, who was equally rude and defensive. This company has no regard to customer service. I will never use them again.

How glamorous can refrigerator repair be?! Pretty damn glamorous when Rockelman comes to your home (on time), fixes your fridge (quickly) and you don’t have to spend 10x the amount of the repair on a new appliance. Of course, repairing a refrigerator freezer in a stretch of 90 degree days is a bonus. Quick, available, knowledgable, cost efficient and professional.
