History
Established in 1971.
Started by the Pelczynski family in 1971, the Protocol was a successful local restaurant, then in 1984 the banquet room was added on (seating 300 guests). Paul took the restaurant over in 1992 with a commitment to serving the freshest seafood in Buffalo. The rest is history… great chefs and excellent service with a commitment to quality!
