PrintLink’s president and founder, Arnold Kahn, remembered the frustration he encountered when attempting to hire appropriately qualified employees for his own printing business. Recognizing the void in a qualified recruiting service, he started PrintLink over a decade ago, after he sold his printing company. He wanted to create a specialized staffing resource dedicated to printing and hired only industry-​savvy personnel with proven practical experience. Since PrintLink opened, its services have spread throughout the US and Canada.

After running his own printing company for 25 years, Arnie had indeed «walked the walk» long enough to understand the industry’s needs. In 1994, the timing was perfect.
