Been a client for years because of the results I see. Professional and relaxed ambiance that makes me feel at ease. Service is catered to my own needs, and the owner is very giving with her knowledge within the field.

Definitely keep track of your sessions. I only underwent 5 out of the 6 I purchased, and this lady said I had used up all 6. I told her that I specifically remember not using my last one, as I wanted to save it for touch ups at which point she became rude and belligerent. This place is cheap, but the staff is also very rude and unprofessional. I’m telling all my friends and coworkers about the horrible customer service. What a scam. I was planning to get my legs done, but will definitely go some place reputable for that. You get what you pay for. I encourage you to spend your money elsewhere. They are rude and down right nasty.

Best treatment, best price! I enjoyed my third Microdermabrasion/​Parisian Peel last night. Nadiya is a master at her craft. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

It turns out that the laser did make a difference after all. I just noticed it over time. Thank you for all your help guys :) I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Sheri and her staff are excellent they provide great service. They take care of their clients do not over sell there is no pressure here. The office is very nice and relaxing their is fresh fruit and water comfortable waiting area but you will not wait long! I am so happy with the treatments from laser hair removal to microdermabrasions with peel. Skin tightening it all works and the best prices in the area. Very accomodating with scheduling appointments as well.

Today was my 5^th visit there and I have to tell you… I AM HOOKED. I have had microdermabrasions and laser skin tightening and I have to tell you I have seen results. The secret is booking with Kathy. She takes her time with her clients and gives great advice and information with each and every question I had. She commands results as well! That’s what keeps clients coming back… results.
The staff is very friendly and the salon is clean. If you want results. Call and book your appointment.

Bought a groupon laser vein treatment package at a huge discount. 3 treatments but only went for one because apparently you cannot have ANY sort of tan when you get the treatment. Went for the first treatment. The staff was very nice. I definitely didnt feel as though I was in a doctors office or professional clinic though. The treatments do hurt a bit, nothing brutal though. As for results, I honestly can’t say because I only had one treatment. I went back for another and was told I was too tanned and they couldnt do it. She apologized profusely because she knew I drove a long way. I DO appreciate her honesty. She said it may leave scarring and whatnot. They will honor the groupon long after if expires though which is nice.

I went there for a teeth whitening procedure via Groupon. The staff seemed a little harried, one woman was sticking her head out of a room trying to locate a staff person for help while I was sitting in a room having my teeth whitened. They checked up on me often enough, but I have to say they were kind of running around clueless and I could hear them gossiping as I sat there waiting for my session to end. My teeth were not that much whiter after having gel and a light applied for 30 minutes. They handed me some after-​care instructions to read after the procedure and then when I was done no one was at the desk so I waited for a minute or two and then just left. They were supposed to offer you some gel to take home for in between services but that never happened and when i called the office the next morning the receptionist was clueless? I have called there before and been put on hold for a long time and also ignored when i requested information online. Not a good impression for me, and they did not seem very knowledgeable about other procedures in the real world such as ultherapy, which has been all over the news, etc. I would not go back.

*Update*
So after the recommended 6 laser hair removal treatments (on Brazilian area), there is a major difference. I only need to shave about once a week or less… not exactly permanent hair removal like I was expecting.
I was told to purchase 3 more sessions, but turned it down for now. It is painful, but bearable depending on who is working on you. Sherri and Oxana do a great job and make it as comfortable as possible, if you do go request that they do it.
I haven’t been anywhere else for laser hair treatments so I’m not sure if it is normal that I should need 9 total sessions instead of 6, but I think it still depends on the person.
I do like the facility and the staff. They are flexible and allowed for multiple reschedulings (even last minute) so I appreciate that.

I came here for a teeth whitening and this place was great. I was able to set up my appointment really easily and and when I came in for my appointment I thought that the staff was really friendly and helpful.

A scam. Do not let the owner corner you and try to sell you any packages. She claims they did wonders for her but don’t be fooled. The staff consists of cast offs you’ll recognize as former assistants and receptionists from other spas. After many years in this location the owner is still peddling deals on deep discount sites. This indicates that she hasn’t been able to retain her customer base. I got suckered into buying a package from Sherry but after my first visit my skin was a mess. I needed a good facial and extractions which I thought I was going to get. Instead they hastily used a microdermabrasion machine. I had given the owner a size able deposit for her program and never got it back. One visit was enough. If any spa tries to push you into a payment plan — run away.

I went here for laser hair removal treatments, and this place is just okay. Décor is nice and the staff decent, but it’s kind of factory-​like; get ‘em in and out. I had treatments done to my upper lip, and while I realize results may vary for each individual, after 9 painful sessions, I still have a lot of hair coming back. I have my doubts about the efficacy of laser hair removal and don’t know if it’s this place, the equipment, the operators or just laser treatments in general.

I bought a Groupon for teeth whitening to use before my wedding. They cancelled my first appointment due to running out of whitening gel and then we had a little struggle trying to fit me in the actual week of my wedding. They are were not super attentive as it started late and the half hour process took over an hour because they weren’t checking on me frequently enough to see if I was ready for my next round of gel. I was not happy with them. The process was somewhat messy and when all was said and done I did not think my teeth looked any whiter. I would not go back to them.

Today I went to use the Groupon that I had bought a while ago for a microdermabrasion… lets just say I was impressed! The place is super cute, I love the décor and the lady at the front desk is really sweet. I walked in told her my name, she gave me a history card to fill out and then she showed me to my room. The other woman who did my microdermabrasion was really sweet as well she asked if I was comfortable every time she positioned me, and asked if I felt any burning when she applied the different products to my face. She also made casual conversation with me which I appreciate because it shows that the person is showing interest in their customer/​patient.
Anyways. all in all I had a good experience and I would definitely go back there and hopefully all my acne spots fade before my graduation!

I love this place. The staff here is extremely nice and makes you feel at ease. I had been thinking about getting laser done for awhile but was waiting for a good deal to come along. If you think laser is only for rich people, I can assure you it’s very affordable, especially in Buffalo. I bought a package through DealChicken that saved me a ton of $$ (So look for the deals! They pop up often from local spas). I ended up getting the Brazilian laser, and I am so happy I did. It literally was 99% painless. If you go waxing, you should seriously consider laser instead because it’s a lot more permanent and you will save a ton of money and pain in the end. The whole procedure took about 10 minutes. I’d recommend it to anyone, especially my fellow Italian-​Americans… :P
