Nardin Academy is an independent Catholic educational institute, founded by the Daughters of the Heart of Mary in 1857. On two nearby campuses, we are proud to offer three school programs: Nardin Academy Montessori, for boys and girls 18 months through 3rd grade; Nardin Academy Elementary School, for boys and girls in grades K-8; and Nardin Academy High School, for young women in grades 9 – 12. Our programs are renowned for their academic rigor, and our schools also focus on providing a rich community for our students and families.
History
Established in 1857.
Founded in 1857 by religious women, members of the Society of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary, who were invited to Buffalo to start the school by Bishop Timon. Nardin Academy has a long tradition of academic rigor, community service, and strong arts and athletics programs. Our three schools serve boys and girls from toddler to 8th grade, as well as young women in high school, grades 9 – 12.
