Went there since it was convenient for a quick gel polish removal. Lady totally messed up my nails, soaked them in acetone for 30 seconds then scraped them off and repeated this process 3 times. After almost a week my nails are still sensitive and painful. Would never go back.

Out of town and went to Panera yesterday and saw this nail salon! So I decided to come today and I am happy I did. I got here around 12:30pn on a Monday and there were about 4 customers and there was no wait! I got the spa pedicure which was $ 35 and well worth it. I got extra scrub, lotions and moisturizers with hot towel treatments! The pedi chairs were comfy and the massagers were nice. The polish color choices were nice. Staff was very friendly and chatty about the news and current events. They accept credit cards but prefer cash and have an ATM in store that charges a dollar per transaction. Overall this place is nice and in a nice area with stores and food around! Will be back again if I am ever back in Buffalo!

I happened upon this place when it first opened, it was really nice. The customer service has gone downhill. My husband keeps buying me gift certificates because he was there the first time. But my actual experiences have not been great since that initial visit. On the second visit, although I had an appointment, I had to wait 40 minutes. The visit today was one of the worst. Was there for mani/pedi. Couldn’t locate remote for chair, manicurist had it, I thought she was handing it to me, she ripped out of my hand, shook the lotion bottle and slammed it into my calf, my big toe bled Owner was next to her, neither apologized. After that I said pedi only. Both owner and manicurist kept asking me to stay. I realized I had to stay because I don’t have time to go to my usual salon. A family member plays a sport with the owner, I mentioned that to him and the room became even more uncomfortable. Then I said, again, that I would stay. He said good, we weren’t even talking about you. Well isn’t that nice that he and his staff weren’t talking about a paying client in front of them. When I was paying, the owner came over and gave me his card, said he would take care of me next time. Here’s a piece of advice, you shouldn’t talk about paying clients in front of them. Also, you never know who they know. Today was my last visit to this nail salon.

They did a pretty good job on my pedicure but the staff was clearly making fun of one of their older patrons which I found very unprofessional and then in the middle of my pedicure the lady stopped and showed her coworker something on their smartphone and started engaging in conversation. If I did that on my job, I would get reprimanded. I’ll have to find somewhere else for a pedicure from now on.

I’ve been to Nail Style & Spa many times over the past couple years but the only service I’ve ever had here is a pedicure so that is all I’m rating. Every pedicure I’ve ever gotten done here has been excellent. The price is competitive, the nail techs are skilled at what they do. The salon is clean and relaxing. I have no complaints.

Walked in for an express mani/pedi, left with unevenly filed nails and smooshed polish. Nail tech wasn’t very chatty, but then again, neither was I. The atmosphere just didn’t seem very inviting nor did the employees seem interested in growing their clientele and making you a repeat customer. Sad… The place was moderately clean, though it looked like it could use a quick sweep-up of the small garbage tumbleweeds blowing across the floor. The employees seemed to like hollering at each other in their native tongue, and one of them was singing quite loudly while he was working on his client’s nails.(If it were me, I don’t know what I would have done. That would drive me batty!) I suppose if I want to drop $ 35 on my nails again, I’ll go back to Williamsville where I had the most accommodating tech who took great care in making sure my nails looked perfect!
