Dr. Phipps is a great guy. Soft spoken, but GOOD at what he does.
ART (active release technique) is like a mix of deep massage and chiropractic. It really helped to relieve my lower back pain. More so than traditional chiropractic.
I highly recommend Dr. Phipps!

I went to see Dr. Phipps after completing the Buffalo Half-​Marathon as I could not run any distance beyond half a mile. Within weeks of seeing Dr. Phipps and under going Active Release Technique I was running 5 – 6 miles and now I am back running my long runs of 14 miles in preparation for an upcoming Marathon.
