I had John Lock put in a stand by generator at my home a few years ago. I’ve had a considerable amount of problems with it. When I called John Lock, I was told that they only repair or replace the battery and they don’t do repair work! I have to call another company that works on generators. Expect a call right back from the owner when he’s selling you something, do not ever expect a call back from him thereafter.
I would never do business with John Lock again, ever!!! Had they been honest and told me they didn’t service the generators that they sold, I would have never spent $ 7000. with them. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
