I think we all know trying to find a trustworthy autoshop is just as fun as banging your head against a wall repeatedly. But luck be have it, someone I know suggested these guys, so I decided to take my work truck there. Now, my truck was having severe starter and engine problems. I would take it to other autoshops, but they would either run a diagnostic and say there was nothing wrong with it and still charge me for the diagnostic they ran, or they would say there was this running list of things wrong with it that hardly made sense, and seemed obvious they were trying to take advantage of us.
Hoffman, however, are great! They can just look under the hood and run the diagnostic and tell you exactly what’s wrong with it, what needs to be fixed, and also, accurately predict what needs to be fixed in the near future. It’s obvious that they have experienced mechanics who have been fixing vehicles for 20+ years, so they know what they’re doing.
Their customer service is very friendly too. And I’ve noticed they go above and beyond standard expectations to ensure you’re not being shafted or screwed out of your money. They are so reasonably priced, it’s quite incredible.
So, if you’re looking for an autoshop that strives for good service and fair prices and want you to keep coming back, you really don’t have to look any farther because Hoffman has all that and more.
