I stopped to Spars a dozen times and have never been in Graser’s Florist. Today seemed like the perfect day. I asked if they had any small bouquets and the owner offered he always has $ 12.99 cash and carry special. For $ 13, it was full and pretty impressive, but I let him know I was looking to spend a little less and get just a few flowers as a surprise. He asked my budget(~$ 5), went into the back room and came out with the perfect small arrangement of about a dozen mixed flowers and greenery. Some hadn’t even bloomed yet. Cashing out it wasn’t even $ 5.00. I agree with Alex, let him know what you’re looking for and he’ll make it happen. Great local business!

i reside out of town and decided to try Graser’s Florist instead of a competitor. Graser’s came highly recommended by a friend that used them a bit in the past. I ordered a mother’s day arrangement based on a picture posted on the website. I must say that pics sent to me of my mother’s arrangement, were VERY unsatisfying. I understand that substitutions may have to be taken based on availability of supplies, which I opted for. But this arrangement was pretty, but very sparsely arranged and not very neatly put together. While I realized it may not look exactly like the pic posted on the site. I felt that the arrangement was filled VERY minimally compared to the fullness of of the stock photo and not the quality that others customers had described. Did I get the leftovers? Anyway, I will be returning to my tried and true place, THEFLORISTRY, I’ve been ordering from them for over 20 years and have NEVEREVEREVER had any disappointments.

Had to write an update after coming here for Valentine’s Day. Although they seemed swamped, they were able to make a bouquet for me in under fifteen minutes and under $ 15. It was such a beautiful bouquet and I mentioned to the man at the counter that my girlfriend is a friend of daisy’s so he cheerfully put a ton of daisy’s in the bouquet. To top it off, they had cute little Happy V-Day notes and envelopes that you could grab for free. I took a few and hid them around the house for my love to find. Thanks for making it so easy, Graser!

I wanted to send a really nice bouquet of flowers to my grandmother for her 90th birthday today. I live in New York City and went online to find the closest florist to her home. Graser’s had good reviews, was in Amherst and had a nice fall assortment of flowers online so I chose them. I ordered the ‘blossoms in vogue’ bouquet and vase for her. The picture claimed to be the standard size. It was stunning but I wanted them to be extra special so I ordered the deluxe version of this arrangement. When my aunt sent me a photo of the flowers once they arrived I was appalled… Carnations substituted for roses and the entire bouquet was honestly a fraction of the size shown online! And this was the deluxe! I called the store to speak with them and politely explained I was extremely disappointed. The woman told me they go by a ‘recipe’ for their arrangements and since they didn’t have pink roses they included 5 carnations. She offered to pick up the flowers from my grandmother, remove the carnations and add 3 pink roses although it couldn’t be done until tomorrow. I’m not going to confuse my 90 year old grandmother like that… And it still does not make up for the fact that what I received wasn’t anything like they advertised online. Maybe it’s better to buy direct from inside the store so you see exactly what you’re getting. I am extremely embarrassed of the flowers that were delivered and will never be ordering from here again. Should have stuck with Wegman’s flower department!

This review is written, not by a store visitor, but someone who needed to get flowers to Buffalo from Arizona and had a wonderful customer service experience. I called Graser to get flowers delivered to a very helpful friend of mine who would then deliver them personally to the opening of another friends show. Do you follow that? Well, luckily, the person I talked to did. It was a bit of a debacle trying to figure out the logistics of how to get them to the final destination and the intermediary, but Carolyn(the aforementioned person talked to) was of immense help. She even said that she’d keep an eye on the order to make sure it went well. So, thank you Carolyn and Graser Florist, the flowers made it safely through all the hand offs and the actor received her bouquet right on time.

Recently I was faced with sending a funerary wreath in honor of my uncle. He was also my godfather, and though I hadn’t seen him much in recent years, he was a big part of my childhood. To be honest, I put off sending the wreath. I didn’t want to think about it, and I woke up on the morning of the funeral knowing I couldn’t wait any longer. I found Graser Florist on Unilocal and decided to try them out. Carolyn, who helped me select a wreath, was helpful and very considerate. She made an unhappy task much easier to deal with, and the wreath was lovely. I wasn’t able to attend the service in person, but Graser Florist helped me reach out to my family back east. I recommend them highly.

Jim is a wonderful, caring florist — I have been in meetings with him for hours with brides and he is never impatient and always has great ideas about how to make a vague vision a beautiful reality. I use him all the time for my business and really appreciate him going the extra mile.
