I love everyone here. The front desk lady, I believe her name is Jan, is always so sweet and helpful. We used FSA and they couldn’t get us a itemized receipt today, but added a note to send us a copy. She always explains everything to make sure I know what’s going on. They were also pretty fast getting me in today. I literally checked in and was called back. The eye technician was funny and patient. She did an eye pressure test on me and usually this freaks me out, but it was no biggie the way she handled it. When Dr. Hammerstein came in he informed me that I am now farsighted and did a rental eye exam and everything checked out. He is friendly and always willing to answer any questions.
After the exam I got my script and looked for glasses, which may I add is difficult because my eyes are so dilated. I went through several pair and found «the one»! Hubby liked them and made a few dirty librarian jokes and at this point I truly appreciated the sales staff for assisting us and putting up with our puns and wise cracks. They were so pleasant and thorough. I always love coming in. They cashed us out and let us know they would contact us as soon as they are in. I can’t wait to read clearly again.
Just to let everyone know, they have optometrists and ophthalmologists on staff. They can meet all your eye care needs in one place. So they can detect vision issues as well as perform retinal eye exams, correct cataracts, and other eye diseases. Which is one of the reasons I love it so much there. They have everything in one building.
