The only reason I go here is because they offer almond milk. I ordered a bagel today that took 7 minutes to create and was yucky. I ended up licking the cream cheese off. That was the best part.

This place is just terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. The cashier doesn’t know how to smile or greet customers, the staff have no clue. How does it take over 15 minutes for a cream cheese bagel.
There was no manager at the store.

The service here almost ALWAYS stinks! Iced coffee is good, food is horrible so don’t even bother.
I only come here because it’s the most convenient thing on my way to work.
Dunkin SERIOUSLY needs to work on training their employees, almost EVERY TIME I am here I pull up, pay and all the workers are just STANDING AROUND until they realize none of them have even made my coffee yet!
These employees are COMPLETELY useless. There is a small exception for 2 of the ladies working, one I believe is a «team lead» who served me today and had my coffee ready right away.

When I first started going to this location, they were great– never messed up an order. The past couple of months or so is like playing russian roulette. I’ve had simple breakfast orders messed up countless times to the point where I have stopped getting breakfast there. Any time I order a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, it is cold, not toasted and simply not good. They used to toast these automatically and even when I have specifically asked for them to toast the croissant, I still get a cold sandwich on an un-​toasted croissant. Since they couldn’t get that order right, I tried to go with a simple bagel breakfast sandwich and I have gotten the wrong meat repeatedly. Coming from someone who worked at Tim Hortons for years, it’s really not that hard and I don’t understand how one location can have so many mistakes with their orders almost daily. I will not be going back to this location for breakfast or any other orders for that matter.

This Dunkin Donuts has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered ever in any restaurant. I really don’t know how they stay in business. i went several times and had issues every time… There are way too many other coffee shops in the area who are friendly and want my business…

Solid Dunkin Donuts. They’ve never screwed up an order. Did get a mangled Bagel once. But, for the most part the place is clean, newly renovated, and the staff is really friendly. Very convenient too since it’s a little off the beaten path at the Colvin/​Sheridan intersection but just by a street.

This is a Dunkin on a corner and you can enter from both side. That is nice. They have a drive through that’s large and easy.
The inside is also clean and has a large counter. There are some tables etc.
Ive gone inside and done drive-​through for coffee. Both are good and easy. On occasion I’ll have a muffin, and theirs are also good, but its been a long time since I have done that at this location.

The coffee and donuts are good, but I’m not a fan of their sandwiches. They taste very much like microwave meals, and generally not worth the prices they charge for them.
Also, to be clear, the Baskin Robbins section has been taken out of this location. It’s been replaced by couches and a widescreen television, which is just as well (there’s an ice cream shop right across the street).
