I came here for a girls day with my friend… asked for Sam because I am familiar with her work and dedication to making sure the client is taken care of she was helpful, friendly, thorough. She is knowledgeable about different types of hair and listens to what you want, helps suggests tips and products to achieve what you want without trying to push.
The Salon itself was very nice– staff greats you with a genuine smile, very clean and cute place, multiple services to suit various needs. I had my kid with me and they made us feel welcome.
I would recommend this salon and Sam to anybody… whether its for a routine touchup or something special or fun.

I’ve been coming here for years and I will recommend it to everyone I know in the North Buffalo area. I’ve had cuts from both Lisa and Lynn, and eyebrows done by Darla. All of the experiences I’ve ever had at Diva have been overwhelmingly positive! I’ve been mostly going to Lynn the last few years, and she pays incredible attention to detail and always makes it clear that she cares as much about my hair as I do! Everyone is friendly and welcoming; they offer coffee and always try their hardest to make themselves available for appointments to fit your schedule. You will spend a little money here, but you get what you pay for.

I am by no means a high maintenance girl, so maybe not the best critic, but have been coming to divas for awhile. They are all very friendly, off street parking is ideal and reasonable prices. They can also get you in with a short notice. I highly recommend Nicole, she’s great!

As a guy who has typically resorted to crew cuts all my life, I had not been able to justify spending more than $ 15 on a haircut. But once my friend’s mother, a hairdresser at Diva’s, convinced me to let her cut my hair I have realized why a salon is the way to go.
Diva’s provides a comfortable atmosphere with great customer service. All the staff welcome you upon entry, even if you’re not one of their clients. Refreshments are offered and the pleasant waiting area keeps you from constantly checking the time.
The hairdressers only use shears on your head, reserving the electric clippers for cleaning the nape of your neck, making every hair cut personalized to bring the best out of the customer.
Strongly recommend this place if you are looking to invest time in finding a hairdresser for the long run.
