He conveniently has Saturday appointments for those who work. His hygienist is great and entertaining. You will not be bored with her.

I have gone to Dr Ball for roughly 12 years now minus 2 years I was out of state. He is gentle, honest and doesn’t force you into unnecessary procedures. I broke a tooth in half the night before my wedding and he took me in right away. I was also very young with limited funds and he was able to work with me on billing. That’s how I found him and wouldn’t consider another Buffalo area dentist. I have had multiple procedures done here since and he’s always been efficient and never had a filling or work done degrade or have to be redone. He and his staff are also very sweet

If you’re looking for a fancy office with the high techest of the new tools, this may not be your place. But I’m not one to be wowed by stuff like that. I look for a practitioner with a high skill level who is an excellent communicator and makes me feel comfortable. I found the front desk staff to be friendly, helpful, flexible, and kind. Because I’m pregnant, I had more steps to making my appointment and the office staff was extremely helpful. I also found Dr. Ball to be gentle and approachable, while still being detail oriented and skillful. I will definitely be coming back here for care.

Can’t give a «Full» review because I didn’t have any work done.
The office itself is small. From what I gather, Dr. Ball is the guy who will be tending to you. So depending on the day, delays can be expected. They are polite and answered all of my questions.
My one complaint: (why I wouldn’t recommend it) Doors! The rooms had no doors! Where is the privacy? So in conclusion, not a first choice but a decent one for «Basic» needs. * I was referred to an oral surgeon.*

Easy to get appointments. Solo practice, so if he’s out of town, you’ll have to go somewhere else. Has dental hygienists doing most of the cleaning. Place looks well used. Friendly staff.
