the crime & trauma scene eraser was formed in 2009 to help erase the stress that families, property owners and property managers experience when faced with the horrific task of cleaning up after a homicide, suicide, decomposition, unattended death… our intent was to service the entire western new york area. we have expanded our service are to included the entire state of new york if called upon. since 2009 we have answered the call of many families, property owners and property managers and police departments. we have attained a A+ rating with the BBB. we continue to pride ourselves on being professional yet caring. helpful and not a hinderince to people in need

steven o mcilwain has worked for the n.y.s dept of correctional services 26 years. attended the university of cincinnati, and gratuated from hutch tech h. s in buffalo, ny. was certified as a crime scene technition from michael tillman, one of the nations top authorities in the bioremediation business in 2008. started the crime & trauma scene eraser in 2009.
