My experience with Bison Automotive was nothing but the best. The gentleman I dealt with, Bob, was thoroughly friendly, professional, and honest. He saved me hundreds of dollars on an expensive part I needed and was very accommodating. I will undoubtedly continue to service my vehicle at Bison Automotive and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and competent mechanic.

Bison WAY overcharges their customers. Bob wouldn’t even cut us a deal or give us a free oil change after we spent a lot of money at his shop in the past 6 months. I do not recommend Bison because you can find a better priced shop elsewhere!

I took my car here after having what I believed to be a minor issue. Turned out there was a leek in my radiator and a leek in the transmission. Some $ 1300 to fix. I said no thank you and decided to purchase a new vehicle instead. I dropped it off just expecting to receive an estimate for repairs. I was charged $ 90 to tell me what was wrong with my car. Not to happy about that. I have no way of knowing if the issues were accurate so I’m giving them the benefit of doubt with that part of this. I’m simply Not happy with being charged $ 90 without telling me that there was a fee to determine the issue. I didn’t receive a phone call or anything seeking permission, just a bill when I called in. I’ll be looking elsewhere to service my vehicle next time.

I have been using Bison Automotive for almost 2 years now. I wholeheartedly trust the owner (Bob) and his staff. The staff is competent and honest. No work has ever been done on my car without a consult from Bob. I honestly will never take my car anywhere else as long as they are in business.
Bob and his staff recently changed all my tires and replaced them with All Season Tires. It was a hefty penny, but I did receive a $ 25 gift certificate on my next service with them to include a $ 60 dollar gift card. Can’t beat that.
Just be careful when you go to the establishment with parking. The gas station next door does not like it when you park in their parking lot. The parking lot in the establishment is VERY tight and few in between.

I needed a reliable place to look at my wheels after hitting a curb. The staff was really nice, offer a lot of services, and I was in and out in less than an hour. The front employee was nice and down-​to-​earth. I would go back again for further service.
