I have to update this review. Ive been coming here for a while now and each class is different! Its great. Never get bored. Somehow each class flows from exercise to exercise easily and smoothly. They all make you work hard and you will feel it the next day.
You come in and there is a place to take off winter shoes before going into the studio. So no dirt on the studio floor.
There are a number of different bars in te standard two heights. Mats, balls, weights as you would expect.
You can come here even if you were not a dancer in a prior life.

This has been the only fitness class that I’ve actually stuck with! Rene is an excellent teacher and even if the class size is large she makes sure to give everyone personal attention and guidance. Highly recommend!
