I will never go to this location. I ordered food over the phone and when I go there I went to pick up food station where African American girl was taking customers so I said I have order she said you have to wait you see I have other customers, I’m like well this is pick up station no order food station. She said still you have to be in a line, I said can I talk to the manager and she replied I’m the manager. Well noodles and company first you disappointed me with choices of your manager because she was the most rudest person in the world(should never be a manager) and second customers are always number one because she gets paycheck because of me and people like me. Never again will dine or order here.

Yikes. I cancelled my order as while waiting inline I observed three unsanitary food preparation conditions. The attendant kept opening up fridge where food is stored and putting his feet inside to use as a step. Other attendant had no gloves and was touching currency then food. Lastly cook was not wearing any hairnet or baseball cap while cooking food. I am not in food industry but this does not seem proper. Decided to cut my losses and go to Panera Bread across the street

This was a quick stop on our way to an appointment. Both my wife and I were hungry and this was on the way to our destination. There was no wait. The service was moderately quick. The food was good. I had the Pad Thai with Tofu. It was kind of bland on its own, but after adding a shot or two of Sriracha, it added the flavor that was needed. Much like other«Americanized» ethnic restaurants, I think I prefer the originals.

I hate to be one of those people, who leave a bad review, but this has happened to me over 3 times at this specific location, and at least 6+ times in general whenever I order from Noodles. I normally order an entrée to go, either on the phone or online, and I always pay extra for the side soup. The last time I went, it was pretty late and I was the only one ordering, they even read off the order for me, and I saw them get the small container ready for the side soup. I thought I saw them put it in my bag, so I left, but by the time I got home, I checked my bag, and they forgot the soup again. Normally, I would just brush it off, as it could happen, but this has already happened 3x at this location, and it’s just kind of frustrating because I pay extra for that. There was no point to call, because I wasn’t going to drive back. The entrée was great, but this is just a reflection off of my experience.

Finally taking the time to write a review, within the last month I’ve had lunch here and I usually order the same thing(macaroni and cheese with grilled chicken). I call it in ahead of time because my lunch Break is not very long and somehow it still takes 30 to 40 minutes to complete my food, I can see their screen(order screen) and there’s not that many orders and I see customers arrive after me and receive their food(bigger orders) before me this is the third time in the last month this is happened, and twice the food was cold… very disappointed!!!

Noodles & Co is always good for a reliable meal. I like it because it usually fast and you can get something sort-of healthy. This place also has the Coke freestyle machine and I am a total sucker for that thing. I love the Indonesian Peanut Sauté but this time I decided to switch it up and went with the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca. After I ordered and sat down, they came out to tell me that they were out of linguine so I had the option of picking a totally different dish or just picking a different noodle. I appreciate that they gave me the option. I ended up getting penne. The dish was fine but the Peanut Sauté remains my favorite.

Always have a great experience here. I have ordered through the app and in person and they’re always great and quick to get the order ready. There is a short blonde haired girl who is usually at the cash register and she couldn’t be sweeter. She always has the biggest smile on her face and is so polite. Her attitude about her job shows how great this place is. I go to this location even though there’s one closer to my house.

Even though I am not a big fan of chains, for the money this is worth it. I will definitely come back when I don’t have much time to spend Oma decent meal.

Was disappointed at first. Tables were not bused, food took awhile to get to us, and when it did, it was cold. But then our server took control of the situation and brought us fresh dishes, hot, and as soon an they were done cooking. She also have us cards for free dishes for everyone. I have been here before, and this visit easily turned from one of the worst to the best. Great job to my server for your customer service!

My husband and I are dinner here last night. We both ordered the pad Thai noodles with chicken. The chicken was hot and flavorful, though slightly dry. The noodles were cooked perfectly, as were the vegetables. Vegetables included bean sprouts and carrots. My husband is not a carrot fan, so it’s amazing that he ate and seemed to enjoy them. They were cooked, but still crunchy. Other ingredients included chopped peanuts, fried egg, a lime wedge, a sprig of cilantro, and seasonings. The dish had a distinct flavor of lime and hint of heat, but not to the point of being unpleasant. Overall, it was nicely balanced, well prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. While there, I also tried the broth from their Thai Hot Pot soup dish. I had been considering ordering it, and the person taking orders was kind enough to let me taste it to decide. She had insisted the name«Hot Pot» had nothing to do with the level of heat from spice. After tasting it, I decided she was wrong. It was good, but more spice than I wanted that night. They have at least a couple other soups, as well as other types of noodle dishes. There are a couple other Asian-type noodles, as well as Mac n cheese, spaghetti, some other Italian and American style noodles. In addition, they have several types of salads. Dishes come in two sizes. The size difference is nearly double, whereas the price difference is just $ 1…not counting meat. My husband and I both loved this restaurant and will eat there again whenever we can.

Ordered the thai curry soup and indo peanut sauté. The soup was tasty, but the peanut sauté was like eating plain noodles with some spice on it. Extremely bland. I like the noodles in deer park but wouldn’t return to this one.

The first time I tried this place last summer I got the Mac and cheese«no. 1 seller» and it was so gross I couldn’t even finish it. Surprising, because I thought it was pretty hard to screw up Mac and cheese, I’ve had many different kinds and this just did not sit right on my palate. Today I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich to go. I didn’t look closely enough at the online menu to realize the coleslaw came in the sandwich not on the side. It was gross, super sweet, ruined the sandwich and makes the crunchy ciabatta bread soggy. The meat itself was good and not greasy so I giving 3 stars. Haven’t tried my side salad yet(saving for later) but it’s pretty basic so I assume it’s just fine. Cookie is decent too. I live less than a mile away so this place is convenient for lunch but not my 1st choice especially when there are other choices nearby. I’ll only come here when I get bored of everything else.

Service here is excellent. I made a mistake on a pick-up order and they changed the dish for me at no charge plus threw in the dish they already made! Food is what you can expect at any Noodles restaurant – great for the price.

A pretty good place for a «bowl of Noodles» and a drink for about 10 bucks, less if you are a vegetarian. It has some interestingly spicy items, such as the Satay, and, strangely, now sells some sandwiches for the people that don’t get the«Noodles» part of the name.

The Pasta Fresca with grilled chicken and parmesan cheese makes my day. This is my favorite fast-casual restaurant. I cannot live without Noodles and Co. Excellent quality of ingredients. Great service, they bring your food to your table and they clean up for you! It’s awesome. I love you Noodles and Co.

I came here with my dad last night around 8:00 for dinner. This location is pretty new and I’ve dined in once before during their mock service before they were officially open. I’ve also done a carry out order. Back then everything was great and the employees were on their best behavior. Last night was… meh. When we came in, the guy at the counter was being visited by a friend who stepped out of the way so we could order, but then went right back to socializing after we were done. I didn’t think much of it because the restaurant was probably only 25% full. When we went to find a table was when I became annoyed. I should probably disclose that I work in the restaurant industry and nothing grinds my gears like dirty, un-bussed tables. Like I said before, only 25% of the tables were occupied, but then I came to find that the other 75% were FILTHY. Dishes everywhere, rogue noodles, sticky sriracha bottles, and used napkins all over the tables/floor. There was only one clean table right next to the door. Usually I try not to sit by the door during the winter, but in this case I didn’t have a choice, did I? It really pains me to eat in a dirty restaurant. Especially when it is empty and the employees are hanging out with their friends and talking on the phone when they could be cleaning. I guess their management doesn’t enforce the«if you can lean, you can clean» rule that I have heard from so many restaurant managers in the past. The food was good. I had a small mac & cheese and a side caesar salad. My dad had the thai curry soup. It could have been great, but the service and cleanliness put a bad taste in my mouth before I tried it. I’m rating this location 3 stars because I know they can do better. The food tastes good but the atmosphere last night left something to be desired.

This place just opened up a few weeks ago. I frequent the Deer Park Noodles n Company, so I was happy to see this one opening just around the corner from my apartment! This is one of the larger ones I have been to, plenty of seating inside with a patio as well. The food is good. It is one of the better chains out there. Sometimes I wish the selection was more broad, but hey, the food is still good. The couple times I have been in here, there were almost no people. I am sure this will change once school resumes. Directly across the street in Buffalo Grove High School. I bet this place is going to get hit hard during the lunch periods. Overall the food is good, the pricing is not bad, so give it a try if you havent already.

This Noodles & Company just opened about a week ago. This was my first visit to a «Noodles» store, so I was looking forward to finding out what this place was about. Overall, mixed blessings plus a slight service/sanitation gaffe. I stepped up and ordered the Pad Thai with chicken breast for the meat. Also ordered a soda — total with tax was $ 10.40, which is about the same or maybe a touch higher than what I’d pay in a local Thai restaurant. Got my «number», grabbed my glass and headed for the new-fangled multi-flavored Coke soda machine, which I love. Grabbed a seat — was there around 12:45 and it wasn’t too busy. Shortly afterward, the meal comes out — it looks like an «Amercanized» Pad-Thai dish with a pile of cilantro(parsley) on top. I’m not too hot about cilantro, so I lift it off with my fingers and set it aside. Just as I finish doing this, another server comes to my table and says that they delivered an Indonesian Peanut Sauté dish to me instead of a Pad Thai. The two were virtually indiscernable by sight, so even if I had been there before, I probably would not have known I received the wrong dish. So the new server sets down the correct dish in front of me, takes the wrong one and delivers it to the customer in the booth to my left! I don’t think that customer noticed that she had done that, and fortunately for that customer, I don’t have cooties, but I was really surprised that they didn’t at least take it back to the kitchen to replace the cilantro — OR, replace the entrée which is technically what they should have done. I proceeded to consume the Pad Thai(hopefully one that hadn’t visited another customer). It was OK, but the bottomline to me is that ordering Asian food in an American chain that tries to be Asian just isn’t the same — it’s a different cuisine(Panda Express, Pei Wei, PF Changs and Noodles & Company take note). I’ll try the place again at some point, I’m sure, but all in all, I wasn’t wowed. I should note that while I didn’t have a lot of interaction with them, the staff was pretty friendly. But foodwise, it’s so-so.
