As the other reviewers said, George IS busy. So, if you’re in a hurry, don’t call. But, if you do want a very experienced crew that does top work and you have flexible deadlines — Essence is the best.

I have used Essence and George for 3 jobs and give those 5 stars BUT I had a emergency job (dog chewed a wood door with my house on the The market. I explained this to George and was told in about a week. OK busy outdoor time with a wet summer. I’ll wait, they were coming out on a Thursday morning and received a text from George saying his guy needs to finish a job. George said he will be by in afternoon. I texted him back we have to reschedule. was told next week and let him know. I texted him Monday asking for Tuesday. I am still waiting to hear from him. Hey George nice to have so much business you do not do a small job for a repeat customer. and who Family members have used you and the previous company you worked for before starting your own company. at the end of the day the job was maybe a half day job. BUT as repeat customer and would have used him again and again you only get 2 stars due to poor customer service.
