History

Established in 2006.

Capture Your Best studio is the result of many years of learning and

dreaming. Learning in the sense of first, being drawn to the visual arts

as a boy, formally studying film and photography as a young man, and

finally gaining experience — creating — by experimenting with light,

shadow, composition and so on. Feedback from friends who had

become my portrait subjects helped me recognize a special talent for

making people look their best.

Combine this self-​awareness of photographic know-​how with the pure

enjoyment of doing something you love, and the outcome is your own

studio. .. with a little help from a determination to save the thousands

of dollars required for the tools of this trade.

Specializing in finding the glamorous and sexy sides of women in visual

terms was the final ingredient in the creation of Capture Your Best, and

if client feedback is any indication, the mission — spelled out in the

business name — continues to be accomplished.
