Arthur’s in Home TV & VCR RPR

This man came to fix two TV’s that we have. One projector and the other flat panel LCD. He charge $ 30 just for coming out, and said that he had to order parts from manufacturer for the projector tv. For the LCD he said he would have to take it in because they require more work. So he took the LCD and accouple weeks later came back for the projector.
He charge $ 300+ for a chip that took him 15 mins to put on, and the LCD he said he was still working on. I called him a month later to find out if it was done yet, and he said that he put in the wrong part he had to re order a different piece.
I called him after two months and he said that he is still unable to fix it. He said he will return the stuff he order and he will call me back when he finishes. It’s been a year and he hasn’t given the TV back.
I got the tv back and it was not fixed. I added stars bc I am more understanding that flat screens are extremely hard to work on.
