Wells Fargo Bank

I deposit here monthly and have done so for over 12 months. Today I was told I should have been doing something differently every time I came in. Jerry, very curtly, informed that he’s the one of the supervisors and that this way, today, was the way it should have been done, as he nodded in disapproval (I’m assuming it’s his staff he disapproves of). When I’m here the one thing I’ve ALWAYS noticed is how friendly everyone behind that 1″ thick glass tries to be. Jerry needs to work on those skills as well as informing his staff of the procedures for depositing a check.

Service at this office is bad … The manager Desiree Garcia is no help… Rude to customers and does not know the policy’s of her own office … She changes the procedures each time and the office has no service … You walk in the office to long lines and 2 tellers on Saturday … Ask for manager and she is at lunch during the business times of her store …,
Do not bank with this office … Drive past it every time !!!

No business account line 3 person working the tellers line and no concern for people’s time

There’s a long wait and one of the bank clerks closes their window. Plus they don’t have deposit slips out and by the time you get to a window they make you go to the side to write one. Not great if you have multiple checks to deposit in different accounts. I only gave two stars because a lady that helped me here was really nice. Aside from that, not an efficient place.

The reason I’m giving them more than 1 star is simply because their tellers are amazing! Other than that… They got rid of their business line! Considering I primarily only going in for business transactions and this location is the closest to home… It is extremely inconvenient that I can’t just walk in and go straight to the business line. Every other wells I visit has the business line but unfortunately none on the way home from work…
Once again, the tellers are amazing every single time and we’ve all grown to know one another… Besides that, bring back the business line!

ALWAYS a terribly long line. One average it’ll take you about 20 minutes. Although, if I had to give stars on customer service it would be a strong 5. Great employees.

Even if your system is down, it is unacceptable to not take in transactions. Chase would do transactions the old fashion way when their system was down. Absolutely no excuse to not take in customers. Sounds like laziness to me. Moreover, under a sole propietorship, the owner can’t take off signers without the signers being there?! What the heck is this?! What’s the point of having a business account that you don’t have a say in. And the branch manager with her sassy, fake attitude has to go. She acts like she’s here to help us but really it’s only at her convenience. Get employees like Tracy back in this branch!
This location only gets the 2 stars because their tellers are really nice and customer service oriented. These «leaders» could learn a thing or two from the tellers.
Edit: The branch manager does not put customers’ concerns and priorities first. Only spits out excuses to her convenience. Bye bye Wells!

Love this location! Came here with my boyfriend to take care of his shenanigans! Jerry is the best service and sales rep! He helped so much and threw in a few laughs along the way! Great guy! Highly recommend this location!

Love my bank. never had a problem with them. Customer service is excellent. They greet you whenever you walk in the door.

My first time at this branch was last week. I must say the staff there is great! Lorena Scott helped me with opening a business account. She was very knowledgable with business, she also helped me set up a temporary ATM card. My overall experience was great.

I’m so glad I’m part of a credit union. After having to deal with this bank for a non-​profit I volunteered for, I learned the hard way that dealing with bank staff can be a hassle. Long story short, Omar in Business Accounts didn’t take me off an account as instructed in person (and in detail). I found this out 2 weeks later when a new card arrived. The manager Tracy spoke over me while trying to explain the situation and wanted to speak with me the next day even though Omar was in the office. I ended up waiting on hold to speak with him only to be told it was a «system glitch.» I know that isn’t true because the call center rep stated that the proper notes weren’t put in the system. Neither Omar or Tracy apologized for the oversight or sought to correct it quickly. In fact, I was told I could call the new account owner to sort it all out and that «he didn’t know what to say since I wasn’t going to believe anything anyway.» Avoid this bank unless you want a huge hassle and horrible customer service.

I came in around lunch time, and it was not busy at all.
Hazel greeted me at the door and was very friend and helpful. She offered me water was quick to find me a banker right away.
The branch itself was clean and inviting.

kinda dissapointed, i usually rave that Wells Fargo employees are so customer service oriented… Today was just a hassle. The Anahiem branch is so much better…

I went in at 4pm on a Saturday for the first time at this location. And the line was fairly long even with 4 tellers. But once I got to the window the male teller was very friendly and took care of my withdrawal smoothly.

Nice bank with lots of open spots right in front. I used to go into the bank with my husband. Jose on of the tellers is very friendly and patient.

This is the closest Wells Fargo to home. I love the convenience of this branch being next door to Ralphs. Quite often, I’d stop & bank all in one trip. The 3 ATM parking spots in the front are also a plus.
