History

Established in 2004.

Established in 2004 United Limousine and Charter was founded in 2004 with only two limousines — a number which has since grown to thirty-​five. The founder of the company, Mr. Jacobian, founded ULC based on a few simple principles:

1. The limos must be fun vehicles the entire family could enjoy, with great features such as Karaōke, gaming systems, poker tables, and high end sound systems.

2. The drivers of these limousines must be friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable about the area’s nightlife.

3. The service must be affordable, but without losing any of the class and style customers expect from a limousine service. When added up, these rules amount to what ULC is today: a fun, classy, and affordable limousine service that is second to none. Every year, ULC gets more and more business, all thanks to the qualities listed above.

Brandon J.

Business Owner

Brandon graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2000 with his Bachelors in Finance. Immediately following graduation and four years as a cadet, he was commissioned as a 2^nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force. In this capacity, he was responsible for performing internal audits to ensure the base’s readiness to defend against threats in the Inspector General’s office. Achievements within the Air Force include being part of the AFROTC 500 Club (achieving a perfect 500 score in physical fitness testing) and Outstanding Achievement Award (MVP) presented by the base’s Commanding General Officer for his work in the General’s Office. After his years in active military service, Mr. Jacobian’s entrepreneurial spirit lead him to start ULC in 2004. With 1 limousine, and relentless determination, Brandon grew his company into the transportation powerhouse it is today. ULC’s growth has been unrivaled by any in the industry now boasting a fleet of over 48 vehicles
