Unprofessional is being kind. They with their escrow team (Team Escrow) messed up on my grant deed so had to get it corrected which also took forever (it’s been 1 year since I’ve purchased the building). Because of the error on the grant deed, the county assessor never assessed the building. During this time the value of my property supposedly went up 25%. Now the assessor will not make it out to my building for another 2 to 4 months and he or she is going to assessed the building at current price instead of 10 months ago price.
A simple mistake by their company is going to cost me over $ 2,000 dollars every year now since the assessed value is much higher then when I purchased the building. Now I have to go see a lawyer and see if I actually will have a case against them.
Avoid at all cost unless you want to work with unprofessional people.
