I called the store 2 minutes before closing and asked if they’d stay open an extra 10 minutes for me, as I needed to buy shoes for my grandmother’s funeral. Both of the ladies in the store were SO sweet, helpful, and super patient with me, while I selected my purchase. I wish more places had wonderful customer service like Payless Shoe Source on Orangethorpe in Buena Park! Thank you for making sure I am properly dressed to honor my grandmother’s life! :D

Cool new Payless store hidden next to Target very friendly store associate and wide selection of kids shoes this store is more convenient than the one at the mall I will defintely be coming back.
