PacSun

Came in to pick up an online order. The sales associate that helped me was super friendly and accommodating. One of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

I normally don’t shop at PacSun and I’ve been coming to this mall for years. I saw they had a «buy one get one» promotion and decided to give it a shot.
I was instantly greeted and was offered help while I was shopping. When I was paying, I had an additional coupon on top of the BOGO and what I appreciated is that they offered to give it a try, they didn’t instantly turn it away. I understand the combining of offers usually doesn’t happen but they tried anyway.
I could definitely see myself shopping at pacsun again, this store gave me a good experience. The reason I didn’t usually shop there is because of previous customer service I’ve gotten, which was never helpful but this experience turned it around

Came in here without any intention of buying anything. I just wanted to look around, but the manager on duty Miranda was helpful! She suggested some of the new mens joggers and the OTB bottom ups and they looked very nice! Great customer service and well knowledgeable employees better then a shitty forever 21.

I recently went into the store Pacsun, the one in the Buena Park Mall. At first, I didn’t know the mall had a Pacsun. My sister introduced me to the store when she came home with a cute velvet crop top from the Kylie and kendall selection. When I looked into the store, I notice they sold different types of clothing, from boho to glam. Not only females can shop there, but males as well.
Once you enter the store, the employees greet you and ask if you need any guidance, which I really like because I feel welcome into the store. Whenever you’re shopping, you’ll definitely find what you are looking for. They’re always in season with today’s trends. Guys are happily welcomed as well because they sell male clothing too. I was surprised that the customers dont have to wait in a huge lines to try on their clothing because they have a lot of fitting rooms. Even though there are pros to the store, they also have cons.
The downside of the store is the messiness and everything getting out of order. I dislike when you find a gorgeous shirt but you don’t know which section it was from. Another thing that I don’t like is when you actually need help. For example you’re reaching for an item, sometimes the workers see you and don’t actually help you, and they just brush it off and walk to another direction. Another thing is the clothing. I believe it’s a little overpriced when it comes to small shirts or crop tops, knowing you can get the exact item for a cheaper price.
Overall with knowing that some items are a little overpriced then usual I believe it’s also descent, Pacsun is recommended for everyone. The products are high quality, surprisingly they are made with good material. This store deserves a thumbs up with all of their pros. The rating I give it is a B because even though it has pros, cons are visible too. Customers will be pleased with their experience because they will find what they’re looking for.

I love this store, and today I was pleased to find that they were having a buy one get one free sale. So I picked up two items which I though we’re both from brandy melville, and I went to the cashier. I didn’t expect him to be so rude to me. He was nice to the people in front of me, a mother and daughter, but when I went to buy my articles he didn’t make eye contact, bagged my clothes, and then said that my total was around 70 dollars. I expected it to be around 40 so I was shocked and I asked about the sale. Then he curtly replied that it excludes brandy melville. So I took the one brandy melville item out (I found out later that one was brandy one was john galt) and then I asked to buy the dress, but he was already motioning another customer (the only one in line) towards the register. So I quickly bought the dress and left. However, when I got home I found that the dress was from John galt! So I was really annoyed that the cashier was a) rude to me and that he b) didn’t tell me that I could get a free item after buying my dress. Overall, he just acted really rudely as if he wanted me to leave as soon as possible.

Really awesome deals in a well organized store with friendly staff. My family and I enjoy shopping here!

I had no idea there was a PacSun in this mall until my boyfriend and I Unilocaled PacSun to find a location closer to us other than the Block at Orange. I’ve only been here once, but the staff here was really nice and we came up on a few great items that were on sale for super cheap!

I can’t express how much I love this store. I always come here for clothes. I think it’s safe to say that 60% of my closet has been purchased here. I believe this is an outlet so there’s always some kind of a sale going on. I’ve gotten tee shirts and skirts for less that four dollars each and jeggings for ten dollars. The place is always clean and there’s always super sweet employees waiting to assist you :)

The manager here is extremely rude, fake, and talks trash on EVERYONE. The only thing that keeps me coming back is all of the sale items they have here. Pretty much half of the stuff here is on sale, which is a plus.
