I went there last night around 7PM and ordered a buttery portabello jack, the restaurant was empty at that time. He saw me presenting him a coupon and he said they are out of buttery jacks and offered alternatives. I can’t imagine how a burger place ran out of any kind of burger for that matter. Is it because I presented a coupon and just told me there are out of what I want and offered alternatives. I will never go back to this place ever again.

We were visiting and stayed at La Quinta Inn across the street. On our way back from Disneyland at about 1:03 a.m. on 05÷22÷16 we decided to have a quick bite to eat from a very familiar & good fast food chain. We arrived at the drive-thru with no car ahead, but one at the window. We were promptly greeted but told to hold. That was fine as we weren’t quite ready. After few seconds, she asked what we would like to order. Strangely she told us there were few things that weren’t available but never told us what they were. My first order was for chicken strips but before I could go on she abruptly interrupted me and claimed, «I told you we don’t have chicken strips!» Her voice was very condescending, my family were very shocked and so was I. So I asked, «What do you not have?» She very quickly named several items so fast that I could barely understand her. So I said, «Wow, you don’t have a lot of things.» I proceeded to order, but she obviously seemed perturbed about something that she took it out on us paying customers who chose your establishment for a late meal when we could’ve gone to Del Taco across the street. To make matters worst, as soon as she handed our orders she SLAMMED shut the drive-thru window even before I could hand the bags to my family. I couldn’t believe what just happened! Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional behavior &UTMOSTRUDENESS at a drive-thru window! I honestly do not understand nor can I comprehend how this employee can display such an absurd, intolerable, and flat out RUDE service to your customers. Then when we got to our hotel the chicken fajita I ordered was prepared poorly; it was so messy! Due to this BAD experience, I would rate this place & its employee a ZERO(0) not a one(1) star!

I usually go for breakfast and with a breakfast I like hot coffee. Well I ask for hot coffee couse the one that they had at from was really cold. One of the employees there told someone I guess she was the manager. She got a thermometer and she said look the coffee not cold it’s 110 degrees if I make it hotter you’ll burn yourself then you’ll complain couse hot coffee. I said I want my coffee hot and fresh please, she got madder. She was rude and mean I not planing to go back to this place not even to jack in the box. She made me feel discriminated like I was not going to pay. Very sad I hope she does do that to other costumes like that anymore.

My dearest daughter got a plain cheeseburger on our way to knotts berry farm. She opened up her burger and saw no cheese! I went back inside to get a new burger and they didn’t even say sorry. The even were arguing about who made the burger right in front of me! I wish there was a zero star button.

It was so warm today on my lunch break that I was seriously craving a milk shake. Jack in the Box has some of the best mike shakes at the best prices. I pulled into the drive thru and placed my order– Large Oreo Shake please, nothing else. She asked me would you like whip and a cherry on it? Yeah sure. She asked me again, would you like whip and a cherry on it? Sure. She asked me again!!! Ok, I was using the same volume and tone I used to order and she had heard me fine so I spoke louder YESPLEASE. Then she thought I was yelling at her– she just said«pull forward.» If she didn’t hear me the first 2 times then I must not have been loud enough. How do you fix that? You get louder, right? I guess that’s rude. I get to the window and there were 2 women manning the front. One of them was making my shake while the other took my payment. The window opens and — $ 3.99! in a very shouty kind of voice that made me jump a little– wasn’t expecting that. She did it on purpose. I handed her my card and waited. She walked my card and drink back to me and after handing it to me, she yelled again HAVAGOODAY! Um what? First of all, shouting again, secondly, was that english? The shake was very good… as I was hoping. If you come here, have a little fun with the gals and shout into the loud speaker. See if they shout back at you in your face. LOL

It’s a dirty place and the staff members are unfriendly. Manager didn’t want to accept coupons. Don’t come here. Highly not recommended!

I can’t even remember how many times I’ve had to go back because they got my order wrong or forgot something. I used to work at Taco Bell, we always got the orders right and were twice as busy. It’s really annoying. After today I’m not going back to any Jack in the box, they all seem to share this pattern.

We took a couple of coupons there. It didn’t look like the cashier(seemed like the manager) was applying the coupon for ½ off the shake so asked if he was applying it. He said he was. We paid and lo and behold, he didn’t. He had to give cash back. We used a buy one get one free sandwich coupon and came home to find that there was only one sandwich in the bag. We had to drive back and wait to talk to the manager to get the rest of our order. Not going back to this location.

Worst customer service. Guy(when I asked for a manager) pretty sure now that I’ve called and complained about him, he ISNTEVEN A MANAGER. Accused me of lying about missing food. Its 11:30 pm at night and I had to drive all the way back because I’m lying about four tacos. GIVEME A BREAK, I spent more money on gas trying to correct the issue. He was extremely rude & ended up giving me COLD food, so the second time, I couldn’t even eat what I paid for. Waste of $ 10. If you do come here, all I say is double check your bags. They will accuse you of lying if you claim food is missing. Don’t let them bully you!

Do not go during lunch time unless you don’t mind bad customer service. Not even a hello at the drive thru window… seems like they just want your money. Oh duh… Anywho, i ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger on sourdough bread and that shit was bomb. The flavors of the ketchup and mustard and that meat… ughhhhh so delicious! So that totally made up for the cashiers attitude

No complaints about the food. However, the restrooms are disgusting. I had to skip washing my hands as the sink had all kinds of crap on it. The mirror had so many scratches in it that I could barely see my own reflection. There was urine on some areas of the floor and the whole restroom smelled worse than a porta potty.

I’m usually a park and lobby person. By the time I got to this place, the lobby was closed so I hit the drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker box and the screen was off. I called out to see if anyone was taking orders. No response. I waited a minute and tried again. No response. I saw two cars ahead of me so I decided to pull up to the window to see if they could take my order. It took me 10 minutes to get to the front. Once I get there, I told her the speakerbox wasn’t working and she told me to go back around unless I’m getting a soda. I’m very patient but I told her that I just came from there and no one responded to me. She told me all I could get was a soda but she wouldn’t take anything else. I get it. I don’t want her breaking any rules. But, she said it so rudely that I said, «sure» and then left.

–Service and speed is acceptable. Friendly and accurate for the most part. –Not stingy with sauces. –Easy accessibility and plenty of parking. –Dining room closes at 11pm daily. –24-hour drive-thru. –Bring a jacket, beanie and gloves if dining in at night.

I actually really like this location. The cashier was very sweet to me and even complimented me! The service was quick and the food was yummy. It’s not expensive at all and very convenient. I would’ve given them five stars but they need to improve on the cleanliness of the restaurant. Literally every single table was dirty when I walked in :(

I really don’t do Jack(OK that did sound to cool) out here on and saw the sign… Egg white @ turkey breakfast sandwich so I said self check this baby out, this place is large with a lot of difference size table and chairs, the staff was really nice the one thing that really turn me off here beside the sandwich was the mens restroom there was graffiti on the wall, sink, toilet stool seat, door, toilet seat paper dispenser, mirror, and the trash can was just about full with paper, there was a few paper towels on the floor with some water from the sink also, Jack need to have the restroom check more often then never

You don’t know Jack. The fictitious Jack in the Box CEO that is. It’s what reminds me to eat there, every so now and then. The commercials are funny, I gotta give em that. The food for me, is just plain jane comfort food. This Buena Park location is right off the Valley View Blvd exit, on the 91W Freeway. Being that it’s open late, a lot of post 2PM drinkers frequent the 24 hours drive thru for their fourth meal of the day. Here’s what I tend to munch on. * Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges * Chicken Club Salad * Mocha Iced Coffee * Crispy Chicken Strips * Ultimate Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich * Sourdough Jumbo Jack with Cheese(scratch the tomato and ketchup) * Jack’s Sourdough Spicy Chicken(minus the tomato) See the trend here? Always get the Sourdough Bread. Throw the tomato and it’s cousin the ketchup outta your car window cause it makes your food soggy. Also, something about that Buttermilk Ranch Sauce compliments the food well. Everything in moderation folks. Cause, junk food drags you down.

I’ve been coming here for years… I have a very binge specific diet… usually at around 1pm on a Friday night after some maxin’ and relaxin’ w/my buds we go to JITB. What do we get you ask? 22 Tacos(2 extra just in case) A jumbo jack for me And an Oreo Shake for me WHOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO… oh by the way, this is for 3 – 4 of us, so don’t think I’m a pig – because I’m not… OINKOINK. Anyways, this place rocks because it’s there when you need it! It’s conveniently located off the 91, just a few miles away from anywhere you can think of. I’ve never had an issue w/cleanliness. I”ve never had an issue w/promptness. I’ve never had an issue w/impoliteness. Don’t come here expecting Four Seasons service… I mean why would you? It’s a fast food restaurant located in a shady neck of town… COMEHEREFOR that special something that hits the spot in a big, big way… TACOS!!!
