H&R Block

Yazmin was amazing I would refer HER but not the location.
Especially not to deal with the 2 different receptionists at this location. They were very rude and had no idea who worked there who to refer me to or what the heck they were talking about. When calling on the phone placed on hold for 15 maybe even longer minutes, and showed no empathy and was very rude. I will NEVERTHELESS come back to this location because of them. I will either go to a different location, or not use H&R block again period. A receptionist is your first impression & it should be a GOOD ONE but I experie the opposite.
I encountered 2 different receptionists neither 1 was good.
1 was on the phone. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor OR even someone in charge and she told me «no one is in charge of this location right now. Or manager hardly ever comes in.» How are you supposed to run an office without a supervisor ??? Than placed me on hold for 15 minutes while I was trying to ask questions, that didn’t happen once or twice NO it happened multiple times.
The secon encounter was IN the office. The lady a the desk was someone different she was rude and had no idea to what I was talking bout. How are you going to be the first person I talk to and not know the answers to my questions.
The service I got here by YAZMIN was good she gets a. 5 STAR
But the location gets a 2 only because of YAZMIN
