Good Auto Glass

I took my car to Good Auto Glass to replace my windshield and after about 30 minutes, they were done. I love the fact that they went to pickup the glass for my car in advance so that I would not have to wait. The guys there are very friendly (although they do not seem as friendly over the phone) and professional. They replaced my windshield for about $ 50 less than I was quoted at other shops. Their shop is not as nice and «shiny» as other shops I went to but the work was great and the price even better. I highly recommend these guys for windshield replacement.

Rocks on the freeway caused divots and a large crack in our windshield during the one rain we had in California. I first signed up for safelite. They said they would take care of contacting the insurance. When we received the quote the morning they came out, they said that our insurance (that we’ve had for 11 years) couldn’t be verified and we would have to pay out of pocket $ 706.00. Needlesstosay, I sent away the safelite tech and started shopping around.
Im glad I listened to the Unilocalers out there, as Good Auto Glass had rave reviews.
I asked for an online quote and they answered immediately. THey only charged me 205.00, including a lifetime warranty and installation. They even told me to just bring my car right now. even though they were so busy. So, within a half hour after the safelite tech left my house, my new window was being installed.
Super service, super fast, super reliable, super nice. They need to change their name to Super Auto Glass.

I’ve been calling around the day before we leave for San Francisco to replace a new windshield and no one accept us because it’s weekend. I called this place and so happy they said comeback tomorrow & We stop by on the way to San Francisco. Not even 30 min and put a new one. These guys gave us a good price and they are fast!!!

Sunday morning, my car was broken into, window shattered! Unilocal helped me filter out for «Good Auto Glass» because they were open on a Sunday! I called just as they were heading to glass warehouse so they were able to pick up my window (perfect timing). My windshield was cracked beyond repair by some stranger. I gave GOOD AUTO GLASS a call on Thursday night. They gave me a good price. A much better price than I was being quoted by a company I shall not name. I set an appt next morning for 10am. I was in and out within an hour. The price was exactly the same as I was told on the phone. I recommend this place for all your automotive glass needs.

The service was outstanding! I was referred by Dr. Detail, and I’m really glad that I went to Good Auto Glass. They were able to replace my windshield for my Is250 in a timely manner, no hassle at all and the price was exceptional!

Wife just returned home from here after going in for a warranty. She was charged 40 bucks just to prop the window up with some wood and then told it would be 170 to replace a window regulator which only went bad because the window came out of the clip it was supposed to be in in the first place… Sign should read we steal from female customers…

This company should change their name to GREAT AUTO GLASS or even BEST AUTO GLASS!!! I cracked my windshield while driving on the freeway with a loose stone a while ago (maybe 6 – 10 months?) and they were able to fix it the following day when they were still open on Sundays. The best part is it only cost me $ 100+ and it looked brand new again!
Last week, the rubber molding on my windshield got loose and started hitting my passenger window while I was driving and I thought it was because of how my windshield was installed. I told them I was their previous customer and they told me to just stop by and they will fix it. I didn’t have to make an appointment and they didn’t even look up my name. Upon checking, it wasn’t because of them but due to normal wear and tear (my Honda civic is 10 years old). They ordered the part for me and I picked it up after 2 days. Their office normally closes at 5pm but since I have to work late, Sam told me he will wait for me until 6:30 pm or until I get there. How awesome is that?
It took them maybe 10 minutes to install the new molding and even gave tips on how to properly care for it. I love this place and I will come back here again and again for windshield repairs and even car tinting. I have told my friends about my great experience. Sam and his dad will take care of you when they say they will. Just the fact that they waited for me until 6:30 and wouldn’t accept any form of payment or tip, makes me wish a lot of auto related companies are this great. Fortunately for me, I listened to Unilocalers who gave this place 5 stars. Yay!!! You will not regret seeing Sam and his dad for your windshield repair!

My vehicle was broken into probably in the early morning of 08÷25÷15 on the first day of school. While waiting for the Buena Park forensics to arrive I started window shopping for a driver side window that was bashed in. My AAA gave me two reference numbers that they usually deal with but I decided that their prices were too high and went with Unilocal instead. Sam quoted me at $ 70 less then the competitors prices (he even had to order the parts that day, which he had waiting for me). I finally get to Good Auto Glass around 3:00 pm that same day. He unfortunately told me that he had accidentally cracked my front windshield but he had replaced it with a new one for FREE! All in all, he and an associate had finished my driver side window and front windshield in less than 30 minutes! I have been to my fair share of businesses that do this work and he is by far the most efficient as well as honest, and that is something money cannot buy. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family as well as continue my business here. Thank you for making my rough day end on a good note!

Someone had broken into my car and smashed the drivers side back window in. I called and they were able to come out the very next day. The man spent less than 30 minutes on my window and was done. He was very nice and professional, and made it very easy to get done.
The window looks great, and I feel very relieved to have it fixed in such a short amount of time.

I took my car in to replace my windshield. Sam and his staff took they’re time to take care of my car in 45 minutes. The Good Auto Glass has good reasonable price, good customer service and friendly. when we got home I notes that my windshield wasn’t look right because those rubber on the windshield frames wasn’t attached to the glass tight enough. I’m so disappointed because I have to go back to do my windshield frames to attached to my window. First of all they did a hack job. I’m disappointed…

Surprised my dad a few months back and had then replace his front windshield for his bday. Tired of him driving around with this huge crack, not to mention dangerous but he refused to fix it. Anyways called set up a time and date, was for a Saturday at 8am, two guys came in their truck promptly at 8am. Took about 45mins and all done!
Professional, nice and just got the job done!
He did tell me that the black rubber lining thing was too old and not able to be reused so that needed to be replaced too but he showed me and let me know the price before just doing it which I thought was courteous. And about a month after the black rubber part on the corner started to come up. called them and said being it down anytime and they fixed it up no charge no problem!
