I love to support my local businesses! Don’t let the old run down building and abandoned plaza turn you away! My family and I have been going here for a long time and they never really disappoint. The chef is very nice and when you order fresh to cook, the food is BOMB! I’ve never had a tastier, tangy-er, more delicious freshly made orange chicken anywhere else. The ready made food isn’t bad either, it’s what is expected of ready made Chinese fast food. I definitely recommend ordering fresh to cook, but honestly either way, you get your money’s worth! They are not stingy ATALL. They love to pack those styrofoam boxes to the fullest. If you get made to order food, it’s a bit of a wait but I promise it’s worth it. We’ve tried a variety of items on the menu, from soups to Chinese food, to Hawaiian food and all have been consistently good. It’s all perfect take out food, especially cuz the building isn’t that nice. But I am still so glad it’s within walking distance from my house. Drinks could definitely use a lot of improvement, but other than that, I love this place. We will continue to go here whenever we are too lazy to cook :)

I saw this on Unilocal and decided to give it a try, freshly cooked food, polite service, a ton of food and a low price. There’s fast food Chinese, teriyaki dishes and Hawaiian food. I will definitely go back. There were so many things I wanted to try. Spoke with a few people eating there and they all said once they tried it they became regulars.

I came here on the way home from a doctor’s appointment. They have a large variety of food. I ordered the lunch special, one entrée, rice/chow mein, egg roll and soda for $ 5.99. They really give you a lot of food. Leftovers fed me a little more than another meal.

I have no clue who anyone would consider this ace as that good. I ordered the BBC mixed plate. I can’t begins to say how bad it tasted. I never finished it and tossed it in the trash. One star is being generous.

I came today because this was the best rated Chinese fast food near my work. The pre-made food I ordered was not hot enough, however it had really good flavor. The orange chicken has a nice gooey sweet and tangy sauce. The BBQ chicken was a whole seasoned breast that got cut up for me when I ordered. It did not have a sauce but was marinated in a red yummy BBQ. The chow mein and fried rice were normal for fast-food Chinese. I will be back to try the made fresh to order option

Great place with a lot of options. The prices are decent and you get good portions. It’s nothing fancy but good for cheap and delicious food

Came here between classes after reading the reviews. I was doubtful when I pulled up, but decided to give it a try. Reasonable prices and good food. I only ordered the small chow mein and steamed dumplings. Both were really delicious and only spent $ 4. Score! I’ll be back to try more

BESTBEEFCHOWFUNEVER!!! SOUPS are also amazing. Ordering will get you fresh and delicious food for sure, it may take awhile but entirely worth it. For $ 6-$ 7 you can probably feed 4 from one dish. I haven’t ordered from the ready to go food so can’t say anything about that, but if you order for sure you get great food!!!

My parents treated me to dinner, combo plates are loaded. Food was pretty damn good– not what I was expecting. Large portions, extra large bowls for the won-ton soup.

Every time I go there Jackie is happy. Rain or shine he will make you smile. His food is fresh and off the chart for fast Chinese food. One more thing about Jackie he always brings me back to the late 80’s with his G&R bandana on his head. He is quick to get your order done.

I’ve been going to this place for a while now, its original location was the Taco Boy restaurant on Knott and Lincoln till they closed for a while and moved to its new location. Food: The food is actually pretty good, they actually give larger amounts than L&L and other Hawaiin BBQ, I had the Chinese food once and it tasted better than the one at China King. Their shaved ice isn’t like the fine Hawaiin shaved ice but it’s good also(Recommend Tigers Blood Flavor). Quality wise the food is good also made fresh(Well the Hawaiin BBQ of course). Service: Very friendly workers, Place is clean but not the greatest looking interior and exterior but it’s still good enough where you can still enjoy your food while eating there. Price: Most of these Hawaiin BBQ plates average from $ 7 – 10, Chinese Im not really sure on the price but I’m guessing around $ 6 – 7 for a combo of 2 items.

Good quality food & super friendly service. It’s sort of a mix between fast food to go & made to order. They have some selections sitting in heating trays but you can order items to be cooked(be patient, you’ll have a short wait). I really like the noodle dishes like chow mein, chow fun and crispy pan fried noodles… also love spicy salty pork chops, spicy wontons, teriyaki chicken, wonton soup & the BBQ pork too! In addition to Chinese food, they do Hawaiian BBQ although I’ve never had it. The location isn’t great but more people need to try this place! I’m sad I don’t live in this area… come here because they are very kind, accommodating, work hard to make their customers happy & the food is good. :)

This place is so nasty. It’s as if they leave the food out all day since No one buys it. It’s soggy and to me, has no favor. My mom seems to like it, but man i sure hate it when she gets it for dinner. I’d rather go down to Panda Express or to the China king across the street.

This joint should be busier than it currently is. The food yumminess is above average, the service-prompt and helpful, the owner is super friendly. Unfortunately, that old adage«location, location, location» applies here. I hope the right people discover this place! Good luck!

The Chinese food would be a lot better if it were fresh… sesame chicken was ok, while the orange chicken was soggy. We also got the BBQ Hawaiian chicken meal. The chicken was ok, not too much flavor. They did give enough chicken for about three people though! Overall, don’t think I’d go back /:
