I’m noticing ALOT of the 5 star reviews are from the friends/​family of the previous owner Gene. And they still have that anti french guy on staff. lol

Very fast, friendly and explained the situation well. They stopped me from spending tons of money on fixing a laptop that wouldn’t be worth it. Will definitely come by again when I have another computer issue.

I called these guys to come give me an estimate. They showed up on time however I never got my estimate. I called a couple of times and never heard back. I really wanted to give these guys a chance but if they can not call back potential customers why would I trust them with on call IT services when really needed… its a shame.
If anyone can recommend a professional company that can handle business related IT services please let me know.

Quick and very friendly staff! I needed help getting rid of viruses on 2 of my laptops and Gene got it done quick. He’s helped on a lot of my friends’ computers/​laptops and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend them!

Quick & responsive actions on all of our computers & servers updates and any problems at both of our locations, they will either connect remotely or visit us to fix what ever is needed.

The technicians at Advanced have been a lifesaver. Advanced Computers & Gene was great! He did a thorough diagnostic on my computer. Even though it was not repairable, he gave me some very good ideas on what to look for on my next computer. And I like the idea that if we decide to have them fix it once they do a diagnosis, the $ 65 is deducted from the balance owed. If we choose not to have them fix it, we just pay the $ 65. I would definitely recommend Advanced Computers to anyone looking for a knowledgable computer business.

Gene and Advanced computers is the best. Even though my office is at my home, he still has no problem coming to me to fix and set my office up. My tower was shutting down and Gene was able to transfer all my data from my tower to a laptop, cleaned and inspected and made sure that I walked away with a good product.

Is there anyone else to consider for your IT issues? Not in my opinion — Gene has always come through with all my computer needs whether it be for my Apple or when I had a PC. He is efficient, thorough, and gets it fixed in no time. He always explains everything too, so I can see what went wrong and what to do to prevent it or look for in the future. I’d def recommend him 100%!

Advanced Computers just installed a solid state hard drive in my laptop and it works so much faster than it did before. I’m very happy with there work and will be bringing my computers in the future.

I have taken my computers here and have always gotten good service. They have repaired numerous of problems with different computers of mine when i can fix them myself. I found them a lot cheaper than other known places. I have recommended these guys to friends and family. In which they also had good results.

I’m just happy my computer is up and running again. I don’t know what site I visited or what I had downloaded to my computer but it was jacked up, moving extra slow, taking forever to turn on and off. I hate Geeksquad because they just seem like a bunch of paid idiots. So one of my clients suggested I take my computer to Advanced Computers, if I wanted the problem fixed right the first time without any worries. I was a bit skeptical at first, because they are a smaller company, but I figured, what the heck! They may do better work than most of these bigger companies around! So make a long story short, I dropped my computer off, they told me to return in a few days to pick it up. Yeah buddy! My computer is back in business and running better than before. I am a small business owner, and desperately depend on my computer working properly. I am now a customer FOR LIFE!

I’m not much a computer technician, so I went to Advanced Computers and these guys picked me up right where I fell off. Gene (the owner) is a super friendly guy, and got straight to the point when I needed my computer fixed. I’ve spent hours being talked down to by the Best Buy Geek Squad, and even more with some at home, self proclaimed computer geniuses, and no one could fix my problems.
Gene, however, helped me with data recovery AND upgrades. Pretty painless to… aside from my brain… because contrary to popular belief not all Asians and computers ‘click’.
So if you’re in the neighborhood, and are looking for fast and knowledgeable service, Advanced Computers can help you out.

I was in town for a business meeting and I went to «boot up» my computer. None of my windows were coming up and it said my data was deleting. I thought for sure I had lost all of my data.
I brought it into Advanced Computer and they were able to identify the problem and quickly repair it.
I have been using my computer for several weeks now with no problem. They assured me that if I had any future problems they would be happy to help.
I would recommend Advanced computers for any and all computer issues.

My Acer laptop motherboard failed. I do computer fixing myself but I usually do not fix laptops, and being too busy I decided to bring it to a local business. Best buy is too expensive so I decided to give this place a try. However, upon first entrance of the store: no greetings. They all sat at their desks and asked me «what do you want?». I explained the situation with my laptop and they made me fill out a form which says you will have to pay an $ 85.00 diagnose fee if you don’t want them to fix the problem. At first, that was fine with me, however, read on to see what kind of business these people do.
I brought it on Monday 21^st (or maybe Tuesday I cannot recon). They told me they would be closed for Christmas and new years, and so they would give me a call back probably the next week on Monday: no calls whatsoever. I called on Tuesday inquiring about my laptop and the manager told me she didn’t know because she had to speak to the technician, this went on and on until the next week. I called them again and asked why it was taking so long and they apologized for the delay because some were sick or weren’t in the day, and they also dared to tell me that they called me to inform me when it was I that called them.
When I came in to get the computer back, they quoted me 3 times more than what they first quoted me. Not being able to afford it, I refused and was supposed to pay the $ 85.00 diagnose fee. At this point I was just furious, making me wait 3 weeks to tell me a vague response that I could guess myself, I asked them to give me a discount on the fee and would leave at least not as unsatisfied as I did. They replied to me that whether I get a discount or not I would still not be happy and the bottom line is they wouldn’t, or they keep my material which they actually called «their property».
I kept refusing and insisted for a discount as their service was horribly slow, bad and ridiculous. And THEN! The employee I was talking to asked me «Are you french? you have that french attitude». This is by no means UNACCEPTABLE and racist. I decided to pay the $ 85.00 fee but I Will take this further with either a manager or a lawyer. While I was signing the invoice the employee spoke to himself «I was born to kick some french butt». I cannot even believe this still today! I am a dual citizen as American as anyone else but his response is «but you were born and raised in France so you’re not really American».
In a few words here is how I describe their services:
–Unorganized: worst communication among their staff to inform customers on the status of their material.
–Rude and unprofessional: Not adequately dressed for work (black LA tee etc.).
–Racist! they probably never even went to France or met enough french people to give such a comment.
–Very unclean office, it just plainly looks like a few desks and is very messy.
If you have a broken computer, it is more worth your money to go to a more expensive place rather than wasting your money on a bunch of lazy and uneducated people who won’t take your business seriously.

Fiancé and I both took our laptops here when they had the same problem. The batteries weren’t charging. He took his first. I took mine about two weeks later.
We had to leave them there for a few days. They called him when his was done, but not me. I had to call them.
I went to pick mine up with Fiancé. They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it. I do such a horrible job of pretending I understand computer talk. I was charged $ 95, same as Fiancé. Our computers have been working swimmingly since.
I don’t know how much I’d want to return, though. The service was a bit on the rude side, it took longer than I would have thought, and I don’t know how good the price was. But they got the job done and it is really close to my house.
